As often as I can I go to this branch to have my single espresso to wind down after work, all members of staff work very hard to give the best possible service to the customers (even to some grumpy ones). After struggling to explain to many other Cafe's maestro baristas Chris and Aidan took their time and effort to produce a coffee that I was yearning for for years, a classic Italian Marrocchino espresso (popular in the north of Italy) not only they are excellent baristas (maestro) but also they have the flair and banter that makes you feel that you are some where in Italy ready to enjoy your coffee , well done guys ! (* note to Head Office - keep these guys as long as possible)

I love Gail’s in Farnham. The food is so fresh and it tastes great. I try something new each time and so far I haven’t found something that isn’t delicious. Also the people who work there are really friendly and helpful. It’s one of my favourite places to go in Farnham.

I love the Gail’s chain but this branch is really letting the side down. We’ve had three bad visits now - the entire breakfast menu is never available and the staff are all incredibly rude. Please replace the staff and address the sourcing issues as we’d love to visit more again!

Stewart was brilliant I asked his name just because the service I received was second to none he was quick and the pastry was sooo nice I come here everytime I'm in Guildford beats Costa every day of the week

The bakers in here are the best! And the service is always friendly. Food is presented and baked to perfection.I haven’t tried everything but I’ve tried a lot from here and it is always so tasty from the savoury options to the sweet.Yes, the food is a little pricier than other bakeries however it is worth the extra.Well done 👍🏼

Great food, especially the cinnamon bun and sourdough but way over priced on some small snacks. Hoxton Bakehouse has opened up recently down the street with tasty baked goods and much better value pricing.

Love this place. Excellent coffee, cakes, sandwiches and brunch and lovely staff. Definitely a regular for me. Only slight bit of feedback would be to have more comfortable seating.

Very nice place with indoor and outdoor seating tables.Because of COVID-19 they were only doing take away cups & disposable trays & cutlery.Social distancing was observed and we had to order before we sit down.The cakes we ordered looked very fresh, appetising and tasted delicious like as if they were homemade.

After a great stay in Farnham we chose Gails for our breakfast. There were 4 of us in the group. We chose different meals and cups of tea and coffee. The breakfast was really nice and the environment in the shop was nice. It is a working bakery and the store sells all of its home baked produce. It's a really busy shop and so getting a seat is quite difficult but in my opinion worth it. Great food.
