Arrived to find room wasn’t cleaned however they did swiftly move me into another room. Staff v friendly. The room decor was stunning! However most other things let it down. The room was stiflingly hot and no air con or fan, had windows wide open which allowed road noise in. The pillows were like bags of air. The shower water pressure out of the head was poor. There was no milk in the tea/coffee making facilities. What a shame, because the property is very lovely! Just let down in the basic stuff.

Staff new so there are occasional issues with service time and knowledge of the menu. Hopefully this will get sorted soon. Pricey for some drinks. Food good quality and a good range of options.

Went for dinner when it first opened but unfortunately the first attempt for one of our meals was stone cold and the second attempt was the wrong order by which time the rest of our party had finished so I declined to try for a third time, staff were very apologetic but clearly a new and under experienced team still finding their feet
Went back today and found that with 5 members of staff walking in and out behind the bar that only one person just about acknowledged our presence.Unfortunately we left without a drink.Hope that it improves as it should be an asset to the town. The location and refurbishment are top notch.

The decor and armosphere are fantastic. Food was so so.. was expecting more. They were understaffed and half way through our dinner we lost our waitress never to be seen again and had to keep trying to get hold of people throughout the meal which was annoying. Was expecting so much and have to say was dissappointed

Wow what a great dining experience come to Haslemere. The venue and food were excellent. The staff were attentive throughout with particular praise to our waitress Chloe. She was very invested in making sure we all had the best dining experience and was very thoughtful in recommending dishes for the children etc; she was spot on! Thank you

A new Top Spot in Haslemere! Pre cinema dinner with cocktail beforehand, excellent service and Prawn starter and Halibut main prepared and presented beautifully. Amazing transformation of the old Georgian with a tasteful contemporary interior. A choice intimate seating, bar or larger lounge seating area with a choice of restaurant seating areas, not to mention the unique Igloos in the garden. We loved the main restaurant ambience with lantern ceiling and attractive lighting. We will return soon!

We are delighted that the Coppa Club have opened in The Georgian, Haslemere, the refit is superb. They have transformed the hotel into a vibrant , quality meeting and dining venue which we have now been to twice. On both occasions the food and the staff were excellent, moreover the whole atmosphere was welcoming and fun. We shall of course revisit.

This is a great new addition to the area of Haslemere! Amazing food, well presented, great gluten free menu and options! Staff were attentive, engaging and friendly, management were similar and cannot fault them. The establishment t looks great, very up market but stylish.Only real downside is that a shandy costs £6.30 - which is way above London prices. This is absurd and as we aren’t in London, I don’t see why we should be paying extortionate prices for a pint, which is more expense than London. Really left a bad taste in my mouth considering how good everything else was.

Went for a meal tonight, having high hopes for the new ‘upcoming’ place of Haslemere, and let’s just say we won’t be rushing back. One or our many waiters “Finn” was the best, he made us feel very welcomed and he was lovely, the only good thing about the experience was his customer service! The main problem, was when ordering a non alcoholic peach iced tea, and was served the most alcoholic drink on the menu, being reassured after asking that it wasn’t, turns out when we got the bill it was an alcoholic drink! This could have been a very bad situation, having been told it wasn’t alcoholic. The food was not worth to price, and one meal came out wrong. We left feeling like we had wasted a lot of money, as it is not cheap.

Having previously had a poor experience at Coppa Club in London we were intrigued to see how the new one in our village fared. It is set in the old Georgian House Hotel and the refit has done wonders to revive the place , the old tired decor has been replaced with a comfortable stylish interior. The staff were friendly and although we didn’t eat the menu seemed reasonable, we will give this a try at some point soon and hopefully will not be as dire as our previous experience in London. The only negative point from our short visit is that they clearly need more bar staff. It’s like the old days where you stand at the bar waiting for someone to eventually serve you , it’s compounded by the fact that cocktails are a big part of the drinks offering and take time to make further slowing down service overall. We arrived at around 6pm on a Friday evening and it took over 10 mins to get served.Due to the bar layout it’s not easy for the staff to see who to serve next either and there was quite a queue waiting along the bar. They really need to offer table service for drinks. We decided against the long wait for further drinks and left and went to another local bar for the rest of the evening.
