Merry Harriers in Waverley

I love the Merry Harriers - Staff always welcoming, food delicious, cocktails - amazing!We went to the Mama Mia open air cinema in the beautiful garden - what a great night. So nice to chat with everyone in the bar afterwards...a perfect end to the evening. Our room was so comfortable and relaxing I could have slept on and on! Thank you to Martine and all. We will be back!

The quintessential English pub. Definitely worth the visit. Accommodation looks good too

We enjoyed an over night stay in one of the Shepard’s Huts. It was so beautifully laid out with so many cute additions like fire pit, marshmallows to toast, coffee machine, wood burner and complimentary bottle of wine. We ate dinner and breakfast in the pub - food was yummy and very generous portions. Highly recommend.

Charming pub in beautiful surroundings. Went for the Llama trek and lunch - All staff were helpful and friendly, tasty food, local drinks selection and the Llama trek was thoroughly enjoyable. Particular shout out to Cecily who was a fantastic guide. Would highly recommend!

A lovely place for lunch. Staff were friendly and food was good. The llamas were the stars of the show. I saw a sneek peep of the afternoon tea that looked good.

Lovely pub. Great food. We stayed in one of the shepherds huts, which was very cosy, clean and staff really friendly. I'd also recommend the Llama walk for for a unique experience.

Myself and my dog got invited to a press conference here and I cannot even begin to explain how much of a fantastic magical place Merry Harrriers is.The staff have been amazing and so attentive with doggy icecrram and dinners for my dog as well as mouthwatering food for me (the steak is to die for) we also had a private fire pit with hot choc and marshmallows on sticks waiting for us. we stayed in the garden rooms and it was so beautifully decorated and felt so cozy and chic. We then went for a llama trek with everyone on the conference and their dogs and was guided by two lovely staff members who went above and beyond to make us feel happy and confident with the llamas and showing us the best photo stops. Afterwards we washed our dogs off at their dog wash station and enjoyed hot drinks and sandwiches. I highly recommend staying in this lovely location that's full of stunning views and magical old English feel with a stunning chic twist. We can't wait to visit again

We had a fantastic night here recently. We were so well looked after in the pub and were toasty warm in our cozy shepherd's hut thanks to the underfloor heating and log burner. If we could have stayed longer we would definitely book to go on a llama trek or go for one of many walks from the pub. Thanks to everyone for an excellent stay!

Excellent county pub with great food and a good selection of drinks. We stayed in one of the shepherd's huts which was fantastic, they're spacious, warm and really well fitted out. Had a very enjoyable stay!

Fantastic stay here pier New Year. Nice garden room which was comfortable and clean.Great pub, excellent food (Nicky, Mike and Cam - great team in the kitchen) and friendly service.Location is great for walking and cycling. Oh, and there are llamas too!
