Pizza Express - Haslemere in Waverley

Unfortunately not a very good evening we took our son to Haslemere pizzaexpress but we received a terrible service. We order starters that never came and one the pizza was not what we have ordered and that's after waiting 45 minutes on Thursday night. It seems that the chef want to do wT they want and the writers have no clue what was going on. After 45 asked the writers where was our starters then she brought the main course instead with the wrong pizza. Absolutely ridiculous not again. I make better pizza at home than you guys and they only reason I ended up in the restaurant it was because my son insisted. But now even him at 11 years old realised how trerblethe service was.

We loved eating here as the staff were very friendly and it was a nice, relaxed atmosphere for our children to be themselves without fear of them being noisy as kids are!

Took my daughter there for her 4th birthday and the staff were really accommodating. Our waitress (a young girl with glasses) was absolutely brilliant. Always happy and very friendly. She also had a great memory for what we ordered when the food came out, which was even more impressive given the fact there was 17 of us!!).Very happy customer and will be back again in the future.

Just had a lovely meal here. The welcome was lovely, the staff were really busy but were cheerful and chatty. Food was up to its usual standard. Good Covid control. Great service and great food. Thanks guys!

Just so bad, dry with the bare minimum of ingredients. Really don’t bother get a pizza from m&s instead!

Visited on a Sunday evening with my partner, waited for 30mins for our food and drink order to be taken, then to be told that they have NO PIZZA DOUGH!!! We were offered pasta or salad which we picked pasta and then waited another 30mins and it turn up LUKE WARM and no better than Dolmio ready meal!Absolutely shocking from Pizza Express- this place has really gone down and we will never revisit! Had to go and get a separate takeaway meal after to make up for it.

We had a wonderful experience here this lunchtime. We were greeted by a lovely member of staff I believe was called Cleo. It was my daughters 4th birthday and she was made a fuss of by Cleo which meant everything to my daughter, we really felt like the only people there. The service was wonderful throughout our visit. The food was wonderful as well and we were all very happy with our experience today. Cleo was a wonderful host and we all would wish to thank her for making our experience more enjoyable than we would ever have expected. Thanks for a great meal to the chefs as well 👍.

Our family of 2 adults & 2 children are regular visitors to Pizza Express Haslemere, and a large part of that is the warm welcome we always get from Chloe and the team. Add to that the delicious pizzas and convenient location, and it's easy to see why we return time and again.

What absolutely fantastic service and beyond amazing food at pizza express this evening. Great seats from the manager and Tori looked after us so well, thank you so much!

I like this place!! Was the first time I was in. The personal was very friendly and ready to help every time. They were smiling to us and offer any soggestion we were asking for. The menu is easy to understand and you can easily choose something fresh. The prices are accesible! They cook quite fast so you won't need to wait long. They have children chairs and some interestong books to color and write in. I taste a very very delicious vegan pizza! It work it all bites.I can't wait to go back there!
