Pizzaman in Waverley

I ordered cheese nachos and a wrap. Such a disappointing experience. The food looked and tasted horrible, with a pungent burnt smell. Last time when I will order from here. They are in such a rush to make the quota that they completely forget the quality of their food.

I ordered a pizza last night it was covered with mold and even the ham was mouldy I called them up and was told to call back in 2 days!!! AVOID

First time we ordered kebabs from them in many years. The order for one item was incorrect, the chargrilled food was mostly burnt and the food arrived barely warm and tested awful. Not an impressive experience. We shall not be ordering again. Avoid and use the van at Weyhill.

Food is OK, but the Zpos online card system crashes continually (multiple devices) making it impossible to order. Losing custom due todated and clunky payment systems in 2021 is pretty inexcusable.

Food took 2 1/2 hours to arrive, was cold upon arrival. Called up the shop was told driver was 10 minutes away, took 45 minutes when we live 10 minutes away. Food was incredibly greasy and poor quality. Would not recommend.

Staff are rude! Food took an hour to be delivered when delivered all the toppings that was meant to be on the pizza was on the side of the box. Rang the shop to be told the driver isn’t at fault and that we had done it ourselves I told him that isn’t the case at all!Then told me he refuses to refund and that he is banning the address and number from the system disgusting behaviour for a pizza shop!!

This is our go to pizza takeaway place. We always order from here as we love the half and half pizza’s that they are more than happy to make up for us. We also find the pizza’s to be a lot less greasy than the pizza’s from dominos. Good price and friendly staff.

It took an hour and fourth minutes for our food to arrive, after an hour and twenty minutes I phoned and asked where my food was and they said it left ages ago and would be with us shortly. This of course was not the case half an hour later our food finally arrive. However, the chips where cold and the bun of my burger was almost mush as it had been sweating in a car for about forty minutes. Ended up only eating a few bits of my food before finding something else to eat because the quality was so bad!will never even consider pizzaman a takeaway option anymore after this horrible experience.

Very disappointed loyal customer.I waited 2 hours for our pizza last night. I appreciate the store was busy, but when I called an hour after placing the order I was told it would come soon. I waited another half an hour to be told there had been a mix up re the address despite the fact that they deliver to this address regularly.I called a third time to be told the pizza was on its way.When it finally arrived 2 hours later, the delivery driver said the order had been cancelled as they thought it was a duplicate order.This did not make any sense to me, I said they should have rung me to let me know what was going on.An offer of a free ice cream was rejected as by this point I was definitely been given the run around.The pizza BTW was over cooked.V V V disappointed as otherwise excellent serviceCome on guys, you can do MUCH better.
