The most unpleasant experience this afternoo !!! First of all, I was served by unwelcoming guy who was working at the till (guy with curly hair named Abdulah) not a single greeting and when served the person after me, suddenly changed his tone! And what made it even worse when I received my order (the short lady with short pixie cut hair) forgot to add whipped cream when I asked, she had the attitude and didnt even apologise. Next thing I know she then ended up “btching” to her other colleague talking about disgusting behaviour! We are a paying customer so should be treated with a little respect these staff act like we are doing them a favour. Management should really look into this and train their staff about good customer service!

Sorry to say it needed a good clean, not enough staff on service to cope with patrons. Had to go back and ask for milk as they had forgotten to complete my order. It's up stairs and no lift.

Me and my friend when hear and I have never been to a Starbucks and this one was awesome very very very very nice coffee and happy staff they where very helpful thanks for the experience

terrible customer service. The cashier spoke to me as if I were stupid and it seemed that if she wanted me to leave as quickly as possible. the girl who makes the coffees quite unfriendly too. I have felt very uncomfortable. I only came here because it was the only place I could find to charge my phone. otherwise I would have gone to Burger King where the team is always super friendly. It is not the first time that they treat me like this when they realize that I am a foreigner, even the cashier is also a foreigner. but there are people who after a few years forget about it.

Jumped up little girl demanding you buy your drink before you can look for a table and was very aggressive in the way she told my great nephew of 11 he could not sit at an empty seat while I was in the cue waiting to get served. I am a 52 year old disabled man with two walking sticks who was very close to collapse after walking around the museum and being soaked by the rain. Starbucks have lost a very loyal customer today.🤢🤮
