Ordered a coffee.. Sorry unimpressed... over priced . Luke warm and not very nice..

·

Asked for a water from the box rather than from the fridge for my littile child and got told sorry we don’t have any “twice” just before leaving the shop I found boxes and boxes of unopened bottles of water just behind the counter and felt really upset for such response .

I was in a hurry to catch my train and stupidly didn’t check my carrier bag - the lady serving me failed to include the croissant I paid for. Day ruined.

·

Cute little pret. Petros was very friendly and polite with customers. The whole establishment was well stocked and the sandwich I had was fresh and delicious. Couldnt ask for more!

·

Poor service, poor attitude! I experienced one mid-age white man staff here are so unfriendly and letting me wait for my drink so long without any notice.

Being a vegetarian, it is imperative that I select food which is either vegetarian or has milk content.Christos was cordial enough to check with his manager and excuse my clumsiness on counter. His manager(a lady)was absolute kind to get to the catalogue of food menu and check its ingredients and convinced me that I'm not served anything which I don't want to eat.Superb service and excellent experience.P.S. :Christos- you're one of the many good things in that outlet.Cheers

I like their chicken salad. But the place isn’t comfortable for seating.

As you'd expect from a rail store it is Infact pretty pricy however the staff are normally friendly and polite and always in my experience very fast. If you're in a hurry it's a good option however with princess street only up a set of stairs and a food court joined to the station with far more affordable options I would always recommend going to these places if you have time.

In my humble opinion I think this chain is by far the best of the high street offering. Quality of the food ( sandwiches baguets cake etc) always seem to be far better than the others. After finishing nightshift and feeling rather shattered, I am always greated by a friendly face and a smile. Cerntainly my number one and quite frankly only choice for a coffee on my way home in the morning

Really friendly barista ( from near Manchester.) Thank you much you made my day. Food amazing - I am on a special diet for Ms - so many options Thank you.
