I love the ambience at Yangaz. It definitely has a vibe going on. It's so lovely to see all the locals as they gather here for breakfast, which is when I went, or lunch.

Always first class: friendly staff, food well cooked and good value. sometimes have to wait, but that's usually because they are so busy - which I guess proves they know what they are doing and are good at it.

The BEST chocolate cake around! This superb cafe is so friendly and does amazing food with fabulous service. My 3 year old is a regular and his favourite waitress goes out of her way to listen to him - he loves his babycinno and special treat and the coffee is really nice too 👍 thank you.

Beware of food poisoning. I had an awful experience at this restaurant ! I ate the lamb and had terrible food poisoning after wards I had to miss a family dinner because of it. The food was way over priced for the quality of the produce that was used. Cheap low grade ingredients. I would never eat there again and wouldn't recommend it!!

Good food but total rip off. My 18 year old son stopped for breakfast and was charged individually for all breakfast items - £26 !! He asked if there was a mistake as the set breakfast is advertised as £8. Even if he’d paid for 2 breakfasts it should only is be £16. The girl said it was correct.AVOID AVOID AVOID - absolutely no scruples. That’s a whole day's wages.

Lovely bistro! Truly family run. Had the two little daughters deliver breakfast. Very welcoming, lovely coffee and food. Will come again!

Good food, good service. They have a big menu so you can choose from breakfast/salads/fish/chicken/beef/lamb/nice starters and a lot of drinks like cocktails/milkshakes/sodas/alcoholic drinks. The staff working here has always a smile on and they are moving fairly quick!! Strong 5 piece for you Yangaz Bistro.

Nice little restaurant bearing in mind it is in very early days.To start with, the Menu is rather large. I always speculate when the range of food is so large, and have the opinion of the food being 'Okay' rather than speciality Turkish food.We were seated at the last table at the back (2 of us) which wasn't an issue until we realised we were right next the toilet door. There was a draft coming through the door and when people went through it would often not shut!As you can see from the pic I ordered the "Yangaz Aberdeen" burger which I enjoyed very much. From listening to a gent behind me I believe the meat is sourced from the Rawlings butchers. My girlfriend ordered the "Butterfly chicken". Again, the meat and veg was nice. It came with rice which if we are completely honest was bland. It had mixed vegetables in it however was fairly tastless.None the less, this restaurant is only just beginning. I hope that they refine the menu down over time through learning what works and what doesn't.I would certainly recommend Yangaz to others, but just to bear in mind that it is in an early stage. The staff are very helpful and friendly which is a very important aspect.3/5 stars
