Zoo Cafe in Waverley

Such a funky cool cafe, hidden down a lane off Newland Avenue. Many veggie and vegan options. The food was delicious when we went for brunch on Sunday morning - suggest you get up reasonably early if you want to do the same, as we arrived 20 minutes after opening (10:00) and were lucky to snag a table! Two of us had the French Toast (divine!!) whilst the other two in the party, both vegan, had the B.L.A.T and said it was incredible. It was beginning to get super busy when we left, people were waiting for tables so you snooze you lose for sure if you want to eat there! The wait staff were really lovely. Prices were reasonable. Would definitely visit again :)

Clean, and with a fresh and exciting menu. Outdoor seating so we could visit with our dog.Staff were attentive and service was quick.Despite not being a vegetarian, there was plenty on the menu to cover all tastes.I didn't have room for a pudding, but the cakes looked good.

Great for vegetarians/vegans. Friendly, chilled atmosphere and staff. Decent prices. I always look forward to calling in for breakfast when I can.

Bohemian snug with plenty of house plants.. Can't really go wrong. Nice veg-vegan menu + gluten free options. So you won't struggle to find something for you. Very enjoyable hour or so well spent. 👍

The picture says it all. As a meat eating restauranteur I absolutely loved the vegan/vegetarian Zoo experience. Every morsel of food was an explosion of flavour and texture prepared with pure passion. I can’t wait to visit again and again….

Absolutely incredible incredible food. So colorful and fresh. The atmosphere and staff were also amazing. I couldn't recommend this place more.

FANTASTIC FOOD AND SERVICE!!!The food and service are amazing.I had the vegan burger and it was well presented, cooked to perfection and fantastic value.The staff here are lovely, friendly and very knowledgeable. This was a great find. If you are in Hull, you must try this place.They do Vegetarian and Vegan food. The food is amazing.Thank you for the great food and great service.

Awesome, the atmosphere and the food was excellent. We had the enchiladas and the creamy garlic mushrooms and it was all delicious. We'll definitely be back :)
