Arlington Tea Gardens in Wealden

What a lovely tea room! Great cup of tea and cappuccino coffee. Many delicious looking huge cakes to choose from too. Lots of snacks and baguettes at very good prices. My sister and I sat next to the aviary and watched the quails, budgies and finches busying around nest boxes and food.Will definitely visit again

Lovely little setting but the staff atmosphere let it down as they came across “unhappy” and blunt.. we didn’t feel very welcome. The service was quick and food was average, quite pricey. The cakes where dry and seemed to be from the day before. If we return we hope to have a better experience.

Lovely relaxed setting, dog friendly. Small indoor cafe with larger outdoor areas, some covered some open. I've not sampled most of their menu but there is a fair amount of choice. The cakes look amazing but are a bit hit and miss really, often a little undercooked. And I'd avoid the gluten free ones I'm afraid. But a nice spot for a cafe lunch or cream tea.

Very cute place. Lovely selection of food and drink. Ideal location on a sunny day. Food nice and fresh. Lots of staff and all smiling.Great to be able to buy plants too.

Had a lovely cream tea here today. Staff seemed nice and very helpful. Good quality scones and tea fir a good price.

A lot of venues could profit by learning from these guys. Slick, fast, friendly service, great value and superb cakes, all in a nice setting. Forget the calories, just enjoy!

Delightful little place plenty of in door and outdoor seats, small car park. Relaxing location. Nice to see loads of different cakes, although would have been nice for more vegan choices.

Came here after bluebell woods for some food and a CREAM tea. Had jacket potatoes which was good. The tea arrived after our food arrived. Scone arrived with no cream.Went in to ask for some cream and they said no they don’t have any left (this is JUST past midday).Why accept an order for 2 teas and scone and sell a scone with just jam.We left the scone there, no point having a cream tea without the cream part.No refund for a cream tea scone offered. The sign on the blackboard at the front of house clearly says scone with jam and cream with any hot drink and we didn’t receive this. I even offered to pay for some cream and it was still no. When leaving we noticed other customers literally had cream with their scone.Disappointing to say the least as I have been visiting the bluebell woods yearly for a long time and always given my business to this local establishment. Not coming back and will take my business to the pub nearby from now on.

Absolutely wonderful vegan cream tea, lovely staff and service. The gardens are so peaceful and well kept. Well worth a visit, I’d recommend to anyone! We’ll be back! :)

Lovely tea garden and lovely cake, tea and coffee. Perfectly situated on one of our cycling routes and good shelter on a rainy day.
