I felt sorry for the two young members of staff who were trying to run a packed cafe this afternoon.Waiting times were 30 mins plus, with no warning there were long waiting times prior to order.Customers becoming frustrated and angry with the young staff over wrong orders, mine was also wrong, but I thanked the young staff and asked other customers not to be rude as it wasn't their fault.Advised staff to be honest with customers about waiting times as this may avoid more anger being directed at them.You could tell they were stressed, but they maintained their professionalism and handled it as best as they could.Well done to you two, especially considering you had an issue with the gas.It was unfair two young staff were facing all the backlash - Very poor management!

Always a nice place to eat, lovely staff and excellent fayre

Disappointed seems to be run by kids with no support from an adult (not rearly there fault) food came out burnt an inedible so sent back and second one was not much better shame as normally a nice place

Been to this cafe lots of times with various members of my family (especially my Mum) and friends. The staff at this cafe are simply lovely (enjoy your retirement Keith). Very helpful and friendly all round. Food is good and good value. Great place to go if you need a bite to eat, or just a coffee in Heathfield. Thank you 😊

Lovely staff members really polite great food however the decaf cappuccino could have been a bit stronger for my liking other then that the food is amazing there aswell. Would definitely recommend off you wanted to get something to eat and drink. A lovely place to go

Really nice atmosphere and a friendly service.The coffee was excellent and the menu has a good selection of choices.Very clean and tidy - Recommended 👍
