Blue Asia Indian Restaurant in Wealden

We often take away from this restaurant, as it's very close to us. The food is ok. Though they often forget things, so I always have to check when picking up, that all the dished are there and that the Nan is how we ordered it. Not the best Indian, but overall it's OK a couple times a month.

Service slow between ordering and food coming out, nearly an hour for any food.Priority seemed to be take away and delivery customers.Food was tasty though. Boy's loved the keema naan.

The food was very delicious. Service was great.

Bad food, bad service. Have tried to give blue Asia numerous chances to get it right. But it’s finally going to be our final order with them. Each time we order the food is cold... the delivery takes plus 1 hour, and trying to find out where the order is by speaking to incompetent staff is impossible.The food is hit or miss most of the time once it’s been warmed up the chicken is chewy, and the dishes are oily. The only reason we’ve used them up until now is they are one of the only places to deliver to our area.Uckfields number 1 Indian restaurant/takeaway are far nicer and far more professional. I would recommend anyone to ditch this cowboy outfit and go to alternative takeaways.

Really enjoyed the food. A range of hot and spicy dishes but also milder kind can be found. The service is excellent: polite, quick and nice. Very warm and friendly! Recommended!

Great food and great service. I little dissapointed when we got home with our take away only to find one incorrect meal. But I have to hand to them. After a slightly grumpy (hangry) call they drove a replacement meal out to East Hoathly. 10/10 for customer service and food. I would have scored five stars it it hadn’t of been for the mix up on the order, having Claire exactly what we wanted twice.

Really average. If you go Monday to Thursday food is better over weekend everything tastes the same. It's ok if you just want something to eat not special or anything like that. Service in week is good at weekends very slow.

We have visited Blue Asia twice and both times thoroughly enjoyed our meals. On both occasions we asked the staff for a recommendaion for one of the dishes, and each time their choice was excellent. We cannot wait for the next visit :-)

Had my meal tonight and I have to say I am not impressed. I ordered chicken pasanda which had no flavour I requested to change it as it tasted like water, they agreed to change for a tikka masala and I regret it. The tikka masala is supposed be thick and creamy like it always has been for the years I have eaten here and it was like water. The sauce did not even stick to the chicken. I don?t know why has happened to this place but it was not up to standard today. I spoke to the manager politely not to make a scene and he argued with em was shouting at me not only in front of staff but customers to. I felt ashamed and embarrassed which I should not have. This is not how you treat an unhappy customer. Now I have been charged for a meal a I did not eat. Very unhappy with the food and the service.
