Just had a lovely carvery here, very good service and polite staff. Tables always being cleaned and cutlery replaced regularly. Highly recommend a visit. Good value for money

Great carvery at value for money, nicely cooked meats. Staff welcoming and polite, asked for extra cutlery, delivered straight away. Definitely be going again soon.

What a great evening. A big group of us but we were made to feel extremely welcome. Food and drink orders taken quickly and efficiently and Rob and Kim did a great job of balancing our demands with that of their other customers. Despite such a big group, the food all came out close together and wow it was good!! All but one of us had the excellent home made pizzas but I will definitely be back to try the carvery. A nice welcoming atmosphere, clean, plenty of space and tables. Good service and great food. What else can I say except you will see me again soon

Very friendly service and was able to cater for my allergies (gluten & dairy). Cooked me separate veg and was able to help me navigate around what I could/couldn’t have.Large family (9 of us) with a dog and was able to accommodate. Lovely roast dinner too :-)

We had the best meal we could have asked for after a long dog walk! Quick and polite service, friendly staff, dog welcome, great prices and large portions. Bonus points for catering for vegans!

Very warm welcome. Lovely friendly pub. Had a very good carvery which was a great price. There were a couple of different sizes to suit individual meals. The rest of the menu was full different lovely sounding options too.

Wish i had read the reviews. Not been here for a while as moved away.We were welcomed by a young lady who quite frankly couldn't be bothered, attitude stank and was rude. Seemed more interested to sit down than anything elseFood was great, Peter our server was attentive and professional.Everyone except the lady at front of house were lovely.

The food was lovely and the waiters were amazing, going above and beyond to make our visit a comfortable and pleasant experience. Those lads deserve a bonus, they were completely running the floor and seeing to everyone. We spoke to one guy who had lost electricity in his home for at least 3 days during the storms but he still turned up for work and got on with it!Well done guys, we will be returning 👍 thank you!! I will say the bar lady seemed miserable and was moaning at one of the waiters which I thought was wrong as she was barely lifting a finger and seemed to have it in for the young man...

Carvery was limited in choice of veg; overkill on potato dishes! Beef gristley. Puddings sickly, even for sweet toothed kids!Service from waiters was excellent; they were very attentive and friendly, which made a mediocre meal alot more pleasurable. Thank you guys (I hope the owners of the Kings arms appreciate their staff).

Clean environment, had a table without booking, however, think we must have arrived after the rush, scrag ends seems to fit the bill. Server polite. Bar lady was disinterested and made us feel as though our presence was a nuisance. Not always the case as have been before and enjoyed it, hence the return visit. Not sure I'll bother again.
