In defense of Kirsti you didn't even deliver my pizza in December 2021 and then had to wait two weeks for a refund. You've been working about as hard as a sloth

What a difference! Since it's been under new management over the last few months, the service has improved ten fold. My pizza and sides were all correct and delivered quickly, and were literally steaming hot when the driver opened the bag. Will definitely be ordering again now! 5*

Ordered from the app , money taken from bank but shop hasn't got my order .Manager said it was a glitche & "money should bounce back in an hour" ~ ridiculous .Money gone & no food .The review is about the attitude of both the man who answered the call , questioning whether I'd got the right store & the manager not actually seeming to care

Ordered online and been charged but the order has not been received by the shop... Told by the shop to pay again and order over the phone and hope Dominos refunds me... but then the franchisee refused to take my order because he couldn't claim back the small discount I had online (even though I was technically already paying twice!) Absolute jokers. So I've paid twenty quid for a pizza I won't get. Cheers

Kirsti Ferguson, what you have just written is quite Frankly a load of rubbish. The franchisee wasn't there yesterday I am the manager and for you to be putting utter LIES online trying to damage a business I have been building for 5 months is completely disrespectful. I have reported your review to Google and I encourage other people to do ignore this as we have a fantastic team here and I won't accept anyone disrespecting our job . Any issues please feel free to call the shop and talk to me.

If you want burnt tasteless pizza with a slice of arrogance and awful customer service from the managment then bang this is the place to go.Pizzas collected. Got them back to reveal burnt and dry. Rung to ask a solution. Told I would be phoned back. 2 hours later. Nothing. Then when I rung back up was told "well we never told you we would call you back tonight" no mate you didn't but I kinda ordered food to eat it this eve.Then to top it off I was told that "loads of people try it on" so I needed to send pics.All that needed to be said was. Bring them back up and we will take a look and make you new ones or something."Too busy to deal with you""We only have 3 staff"Have written to dominos and absolutely no response from them at all. I have them the chance to remedy/apologise but nothing. So now this review. My brother in law has had the exact same service and phone calls with them. In fact the phone put down on him.

I don’t think I’ve ever posted a google review before. I raised my concerns in store but they weren’t dealt with well.Having gotten a notification to collect at 19.34 I entered the shop and gave my name. No further communication was made with me and 4 other customers came and went who ordered after me.I asked several times for them to let me know what the hold up was and on the third attempt was told one of my sides wasn’t prepared, despite being told the order was ready.Instead of letting me know upfront there had been a mistake and telling me what was going to happen next, I was ignored for a significant period of time. I had to make a real fuss for them to tell me that it would be 4 more minutes. I had waited 20 mins at this time, despite being told the order was ready before entering the store.Had I known this I would have happily taken what was ready and left. And once I did suggest this the staff forgot again and I had to ask for my goods a second time. At this time the food I was given was luke warm.I should also mention whilst I was there at least one other order was wrong which the customer raised and the item replacedI asked for the manager and explained this wasn’t good enough with my number one feedback being better communication. Had this have happened the whole situation could have been avoided.I said communicating in my job is key. I understand what it’s like to work in a high pressure environment. At this point the manager told me he was offended by this comment and that his job was much more stressful than mine, despite not knowing what I do.All jobs are stressful, I completely accept this. However the feedback given was fair. I don’t think I’ve ever had a complaint handled so poorly. His defence was that it was a new team and the previous manager had left. Whilst this is understandable, dealing with with feedback of “communication could be better” by saying you are offended is unacceptable. If anything it rather proves my point.I was offered a refund, however the whole experience left me quite shaken.I hope the new franchisee finds their feet. But at least for now customers are better off avoiding entirely or driving to the Tunbridge Wells branch.

Doesn't really matter when you order or how big your order is there will be something missing every single time! Ordered a big meal deal for collection on Saturday with one of the sides being missing (third time now!), came back to flag the issue and as always have been promised a refund - haven't heard anything further on this. This store definitely needs a decent manager!

Ordered for collection and when I went to pick it up they’d given my order to someone else. I then waited for them to cook my order again but when I got home it was the wrong pizza. They didn’t pick up the phone when we called to complain so went back in and they had put the wrong pizza in the wrong box, but even then it wasn’t what we’d ordered. Its a bunch of kids in need of senior management that work there so don’t waste your time!

Ha, pizza arrived quickly so they get a star for thatGirl delivering it wasn't even sure where she was and then pulled out the box that was crushed in the middle. I said no thanks and asked for a refund to be given.Then phoned the shop to be laughed at and lied to by 3 different members of staff, eventually being told I could have my refund but then my address would be barred from their store for life 🤔🤣😂🤣😂Thank god for that, is all I can say!Let's see when I get my refund..
