Foods terrible no flavour to anything feel sorry for locals eating there close down quick

Worst food I’ve ever eaten all of it was inedible 8 months pregnant and made me extremely ill I called up to complain and all she could say was all her reviews were good clearly not because I’ve been reading them the food was just tasteless and the duck and beef was so tough waste of £40 all I could eat was the prawn crackers

Food was very bland, the egg fried rice was almost tasteless. The chow mien was adequate, the duck was nice and the portion sizes were decent but overall I was disappointed

I think the fortune Inn must have a new chef because the food has really improved in quality! It tastes really fresh and delicious.The Singapore noodles were gorgeous, loads of meat, nicely flavoured, scrambled egg too. Really enjoyed.Loads of pork in the pork balls! Clean batter too.The Satay sauce was gorgeous! Easily the nicest Satay sauce I've had in ages.The chow mein had lots of meat and tasted fantastic. Lots of flavour and fried onions. Not stodgy at all.Crispy prawn crackers. Crispy spring rolls.Everything was awesome!

Food arrived 20 minutes earlier than advised so was not ready for it. The food was awful, it was so bland that I honestly think they forgot to add any flavours. I found meat in my noodles which was chicken satay (not part of the meal but thrown in off cuts, it is just a good job I haven't got a peanut allergy). Will definitely not be a returning customer

Had a tale away from them tonight after 4 years living elsewhere the only reason I've given it a star is because the chips where really good however I used to rate them the best in the area now I will not be ordering again! Tasteless, and sloppy!!

Very underwhelming. We ordered ¹/⁴ crispy aromatic duck and beef with beansprouts, both were inedible. The egg fried rice was flavourless. The chicken chow mein was very nice and the crispy chilli chicken was lovely. Overall it was not worth the £27 we paid. We would try again with some different dishes and try and find the good dishes but only because the lack of choice for Chinese food in the town. Everything came piping hot.

Normally very good but this time the curry was bland and the meat content was down but if you like onions you will love it. The pork char sui was tasty but full of onions I guess this onion thing is to pad out the meals as is thining down the curry . My wife had chips but they tasted old they were chewy and dry. Overall not worth the money very disappointed

Generally good takeaway, but can be a bit hit and miss. Used to love the chili beef, best in town but lately meat very tough. Overall have had a good experience, usually ready quickly if you collect.
