Over charged again!!! Every time I order from here they over charge by £3-5 every time!! Please double check your bill with them!!

Ordered twice recently from here and both times the order was wrong and missing dishes. The dishes delivered were only half full . My wife and I somehow managed to eat £37 worth on two plates . Avoid this Chinese. Rip off merchants

I ordered online for delivery …… food is always great . Was told it would be 110 minutes I phoned after 120 minutes to be told it would be here imminently 160 minutes later still not here!!! Recommend collecting your food & not waiting for delivery .

Normally nice and good service but ordered out food at 5:22 and never turned up untill 8:00 pm wasn’t really bothered but the time it arrived

Nice staff when you don’t have any issues. I collected my order but they forgot the Chow mien. Asked if the forgotten dish could be delivered as we weren’t far and after a tut and a sigh, he agreed and said it would be 15 minutes.It wasn’t. We ate our other dishes after waiting 45 minutes and then after an hour, I called for a refund on that particular dish as it still hadn’t been delivered. The owner then challenged me on my order, calling me a liar saying that he was 100% sure he put in the chow mein - Yeh, because who doesn’t lie about a chow mein…Then said that I should’ve called him earlier to cancel the chow mein I.e. when it had not been delivered after 15 minutes…Said he didn’t do refunds and that instead he’d give me a chow mein for free on my next order. Think he can keep that one to be honest.Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering…Delivery driver was decent though, very apologetic, far more than the staff.

The only downfall to our delivery from Lucky Star tonight, was the wait.. the food was delicious, non greasy and a winner all round.. would recommend them, just if time is a factor, allow longer then they advise.

They are always busy - try getting through on the phone between about 5-7 and you'll spend 30 minutes getting a busy tone. So, we ordered through the online site, and was given a pickup time of 6:40pm (we ordered at 6pm). Fine we thought. Then they phoned and said it would be 7:10pm. Once again, fine we thought. Got there, went in, paid and then stood outside in the rain and cold. And waited. And waited. At 7:40 I asked where our order was, to be greeted by a grumpy negative gruff response "the orders are bought out in the order they were placed". That's fine I said, but you said 7:10. 5 minutes later, food arrives by the same man, now scowling at me.Food was OK, nothing special.First time we have ordered from there since lockdown. An experiment we won't be repeating any time soon.Hopefully you will have a better experience, but judging from the people also stood outside at the same time as us and they had all been standing out there for some time.I get it, recent events have meant that everything is different. However, be realistic with the pickup time, hand over the food when you say you are going to, and show some professionalism.

Such a shame...the food is good, but the customer service is poor. Tonight we placed an order at 18:20, and we were told the delivery would be up to 1 hour 40 mins. At 20:45 we call to enquire where the delivery is and we’re told it’s not ready and will be another 15 mins. After expressing our disappointment at an estimated 2 hour 40 mins delivery, an angry manager then offered us either a £2 discount for the delivery charge or cancel the whole order. Food arrived at 20:57. Such a shame.
