Mcdonald's Restaurants in Wealden

No milkshake. Disorderly drive thru queue. 4 cars in the other queue were served before us. My passengers and I were moaning to one another then, when the server finally appeared on the intercom he told us to be more patient next time! So they were clearly present enough to over hear us but rude enough to comment on what was clearly a private conversation! I probably wouldn't find it so galling if the server was coherent and educated enough to be able to effectively communicate. I had to ask him to clarify after his initial comment. Staffed by Muppets!

My daughter was drinking an iced coffee and found part of a coffee mixer blade in her drink, if she'd of swallowed it, it would be a different story, lucky she realised it wasn't ice... I decided the best avenue even though me and her mum were fuming, was to report it to your head office, we are more concerned a small child could of swallowed it or this could happen again, it could of done some serious damage, the council and food hygiene have been contacted also, and I'll be sending them evidence of the blade by Monday, letting standards drop to that point can have serious consequences, accidental or not, customers shouldn't be finding bits of sharp metal in their drinks or food, you need to do more routine checks on your equipment otherwise next time it might be a lot worse as an outcome.Best that other people know about this so I've posted it up here.

Even for a McDonalds this was particularly bad. I went through the drive through late at night after a nighttime charity walk and my McPlants were not as nice as they usually were from other locations. To make things worse I asked for no tomato, I even heard from my car one of the staff members preparing rhe food say "it was meant to be without tomato". I didn't think anything of it however when I went to eat it I could see they had clearly forgotten to make it without tomato and had just removed it post. There were still tomato remnants and the rest of the burger had been chucked back on lop sided and upside down. It wasn't particularly nice nor aesthetically pleasing. Shame because they aren't the cheapest either. I won't be visiting this branch again.

All mcdonalds are the same, seemed a little understaffed and was busy than normal due to the school holidays. Actual I have been to this mcdonalds several times and it always seems busy!

Awful. Every time they get the order wrong, don’t put ice in the drink, the food is terribly prepared. Take the extra 5 minutes and go to Lottbridge Drove McDonalds, it is worth it.

The Mc Donald's here can get VERYY busy, but it is constantly improving. Couple of years ago, we used to make jokes about how they would always forget something in our order here, but recently it has improved massively, good stop on a long journey.

We don't have Mcdonald very often. But worth the driver to polegate, clean and staff great. Henry was brilliant so helpful, welcoming and polite. Thank you Henry for making our visit a good one

Not only were the fries cold and tasteless but our burgers ( legend and MC chicken sandwich) were too! The only redeeming feature was our coffees were warm. Very poor service.

Love a drive thru brekky but why is it always lukewarm... .have to bring home and put in microwave nine times out if ten. Is what it is but occasionally be nice to get a hot one

We used the drive through to grab a quick breakfast on route to family.Sadly the food wasn't nice. The muffin on one meal was burnt and rock hard. Missed an orange juice from another meal and seemed completely baffled by the request for no muffin on one order and then subsequrntly missed off the cheese!.Had to park up and go in to get missing bits and replacements.Really defeated the reasons for using the drive through!
