Ordered stuffed crust. They took the order on the phone. Called back when it was received without stuffed crust, they totally denied the conversation and said if I want stuffed crust, then order again. It's only human to make mistakes, but admit it when you do, don't ignore it and lie about an order with your customer when you make a mistake. This isn't the first time we've had problems with this company, but it will be the last time!!

Delicious pizza, great service especially under such extreme conditions. Yes you may have to wait a while but that's standard these days for a take away.

Website don’t work - collected food off rude staff member, didn’t want to be there, food was shocking quality. Thrown in the bin, trip to McDonald’s

Very lucky to be getting one star. For a start they too a life time to get to me, my food was cold and the burgers looked like pressed rat! The milkshakes were absolutely abmismal and I don't think I can say much more than that, apart from the fact the deliveryman was also rude!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!

As a loyal customer I am very disappointed with the service from Pizza Bella (PB) this Tuesday evening. I placed an order for delivery and was told that it would be 45 minutes. An hour later I telephoned PB to be told that there had been a delay due to a staff shortage, the order was being cooked and it would be with me within 10 minutes. An hour and a half after placing the order it eventually arrived. No apology and no offer of a reduction. It's Dominoes for me in future …….

pizza Bella does great food and has friendly staff, been getting food from pizza Bella for year's. food quality haven't changed in all that time and you get food made with care and love because they care about their customer's.

We are regular customers but we've had enough now the 15% online discount is not worth the hassleWe ordered our at 17:55 was told 60 minutes for delivery 19:25 I phoned was told food was cooking and be leaving the shop in next 10 minutes our food arrived at 19:50 no offer of discount no bottle of drink thrown in dispite spending £31This isn't the 1st time this has happened the food is very hit and miss from soggy onion rings to cold chipsThis is the last time we order from here 😠😠😠
