We were a walk-in and we’re immediately seated in a great seat. We were honestly shocked at how bad these reviews were when we checked.Ella was absolutely fabulous as a waitress!!! Handled my change in order incredible well and was great at answering my questions. A wonderful server. Very attentive and helpful. I didn’t have to wait for drinks or anything.Food was Ok, what you would expect from Prezzo so definitely can’t complain.

Arrived after booking a table and we we were told that they only had burgers on the menu as someone forgot to order the ingredients for everything else on menu.Would have been nice if they had called us to warn that the had no food after we booked .We did not stay and found a really good Italian called Romeo and Juliet 2 minutes away run by lovely people with great food .

Went with another couple and firstly told our table was in the side room which was already occupied by a party but the main room was barely occupied but on request we were given an alternative table. We were told to expect 45 minute delays post orders, no idea why restaurant wasn’t overly busy. Portion sizes were small and nothing special. We waited an hour for dessert and the chocolate tart at £6.50 was tiny! Poor service, long delays and high prices.

Very disappointed with the experience on 2nd May 2022 which was supposed to be a celebration for my daughters and partners. Much depleated menu, no king prawns no ravioli and only 2 dobballs to make pizzas, so only left pasta and burgers. Blameing it on a delivery shortage. I feel that we should have been notified or discounted for the inconvienence. Wouldn't use again

Went for my daughters birthday celebration, VERY VERY disappointing - 2hr wait for starters, 2-5hrs before SOME of the mains arrived, one of which looked liked it had been scraped up from the floor. ENOUGH was ENOUGHAWFUL PLACE!!!!! WE WALKED OUT.

Changing my review as the last 2 times we have been have been awful!Came here for our 10th anniversary with the children as it was mid week. After being seated we we ignored for 20 minutes while the staff rushed around due to there not being enough of them. When they came we were informed that we had to order everything at once - drinks starters and mains, we also asked for the one children's meal (starter and main) to come out all at once with our starters. When the drinks arrived Half of our drinks order was given to the next table. All the food came out together starters and mains for everyone, we were told that is what happens if you ask for the children's food to come out as one and nothing they can do about it so we sent the starters away. I had to question if the pizzas we had ordered were large as they struggled to fill half the board and we're told they were (since looking at online images of large pizzas overhanging the wooden board these were definitely not) for a margarita pizza there was very little cheese on them so was more like tomato bread. The pesto was very oily and lacked any flavor other than oil. The broccoli wasn't cooked. Chocolate dippers were black and burnt. The perroni was ok but it was bottled so couldn't of got that wrong. We used to really enjoy a trip to prezzo's but the last 2 times have been terrible, we won't be back!

Disappointing. Ordered for collection. Great they had vegan options and they were tasty, but sadly they were cold due to poor timing of the chef team. Worst thing was that the regular portion of truffled fries we ordered was tiny, cold and had no hint of truffle oil/salt. Cost around £5 and was a complete joke, left us feeling mugged off and if we’d have had time/energy we’d have gone back and told them so.Real shame as it was a lovely venue and tasty vegan pizzas.

Worst pizza I have ever had in my entire life!!! Came for a little reunion with my family, totally spoiled our evening. It was mainly pizza dough, hardly any toppings. I had 2 pieces of pepperoni on it. I am really disappointed and certainly won’t use again!

We where served by the manager, who was unfriendly throughout. Service was poor, long wait even though there was only one other table.Pizza was burnt, £16 for a pizza of that quality is laughable. Was given a high chair without any straps, coffees without any sugar or spoons.Whole thing was poor from start to finish.£75 for meal and non alcoholic drinks for 3 people is absurd. Cost definitely does not reflect the quality. Will not return and do not recommend.

Prezzo is an Italian restaurant located in hailsham. Its set in what looks like at old church. The restaurant is clean and well decorated. The menu is has a good selection and there is a separate children’s menu available. The service is fast and polite. The food is good but not great, it’s slightly overpriced in my opinion but that’s just an opinion. I would return.
