It was very good had been recommended and now I will recommend to others. We both had roast beef, generous portion all cooked really well and presented well service good. Was surprised that it wasn't very busy.

Good food, cheaper than some of its competitive. Great pub for entertainment. Live music and acts, we had a magician touring the tables when we eat there last

Have to be very honest now our table was booked for 3pm on Christmas day and people on the other table were being told to finish up we had only just had our main course so we felt obliged to leave also after our 3rd course was charged £75 a head for 3 course and coffee

Visited on Sunday. Excellent roast dinner. We had pork, beef and liver and bacon. Huge portions. The restaurant is in the huge function room which was light and airy.

Amazing venue with great food and friendly service.We stopped in for an early dinner on our way home and delighted to find that kids eat free before 6pm.The food was great and well presented, both for the adults and the children's meals.We opted to sit in the bar area and this was a nice relaxed area. The seating in the restaurant itself looked good and the outside seating perfect for good weather.Parking is out the front and more around the back.

Booked to eat for 8. Were given a table for 6 in a back room with overturned tables and pool table. Whilst we waited patiently to get served hundreds of empty used gakaes arrived and dominated our view. We were finally moved to a suitable table but it was not laid up and our food started arriving. By the time we got cutlery my food was almost cold. Had almost finished my meagre portion by the time the last meals of our table arrived. Overall a very disappointing experience. One not repeated.
