First time I ordered grom this take away, my order of masala poppadoms was substituted with plain ones . I was called by the shop and they said they would give me free poppadoms the next time I ordered to make up for it.The second time I ordered a meal , no free poppadoms , but more to the point, a two hour wait for delivery !After an hour and a half of waiting I phoned the them and without so much as an apology, I was told they were very busy and I'd have to wait another 15 minutes..My food eventually turned up after a little over 2 hours from when I had placed my order.Although the food is okay, it most certainly is not worth a 2 hour wait !

First takeaway since new management and under the Polegate Tandoori name. Got to say it was outstanding! All four family members had different meals and all were first class. Will be using them in the future definately.

Dreadful. Chicken Madras was hot but totally bland. It seemed as if a jar of sauce had been poured over some chicken breast.Bombay aloo was disappointing. I've never had this dish with waxy new potatoes with the skin left on. As a dish it was well below any I've had before, by far the worst I've ever had;. I could have made it better at home.The nan bread looked and tasted like one you pick up in a supermarket.Despite giving them 40 minutes notice of what I wanted, I was kept waiting for 30 minutes when I went to pick my order up.Please don't bother with this takeaway, there are far better ones in the area.

Fantastic curries. They give you exactly what you ask for. If you ask for a phall they don't give you a vindaloo instead. Very generous portions. Well worth the money.

I am only going to rate the food I had from the order, but let’s start by saying I will never order from here again, tasteless. It was the first & last.I ordered the Chicken Tikka Haryali as it sounded nice, “ cooked with fresh spinach with a few green chillies in coriander sauce” if I hadn’t read this I wouldn’t have known it had any coriander & green chillies in, it was a spinach & onion sauce.I also ordered a Keema Nan & Pilau Rice. Never before have I had such tasteless sides as well, didn’t think it was possible.Next time I such a large menu & feel there is just to much on there I need to listen to my thoughts as this was a waste of money.There was no point taking it back to say it was tasteless as I couldn’t see them suddenly be able to add flavour and I need to eat something. I filled a hole with their tasteless offering.

First time here, very tasty curry. I collected for 10 % discount 30 mins after order online and arrived home nice and hot 10 mins later. Will definitely use again

Great food. Great delivery. However, the delivery driver came with £1 change. The guy explained the situation to me. The owner sent him out with £1 change. I had £40 in cash for a £29.10 takeaway. I phoned the restaurant to complain, I asked for the owner and he spoke to me, I explained the situation and how unhappy I was. Instead of speaking with me, he kept interrupting me and then passed me over to another delivery driver. She was lovely, disfused the situation and ensured me they won’t do it again.I was in shock that the owner of the restaurant who my complaint was with was able to pass me over to a delivery driver. It is his restaurant but he still did not want to deal with me.
