Runt In Tun in Wealden

Myself, partner and an old school friend and his wife have had lunch here a couple of times now and have booked to go again soon. It's a very relaxed pub, used by locals. The food is excellent, although typically pub grub, but of a high standard. Remi/Remy, the barperson ( not sure how her name is spelt ) made us feel special and really welcomed. she'd a good sense of humour and could get our old mens jokes. They serve a variety of ales, one of which happens to be my favourite (doombar) and Harvey's all in all a very nice place to spend an afternoon with old schoolfriends to have a Chinwag and catch up

Very lively pub when we visited latish Sunday afternoon. Exceptionally clean I thought. Especially the loos. Staff very friendly. The steak pie and chips with seasonal veg was to die for. Wonderful pastry. Perfect chips. Shame they don’t have Pepsi Max, but then you can't have everything. All told 11/10!

Great little find - staying on holiday not too far away. Had burger and chips there fairly average but lovely atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

I just popped in with my dog whilst on a walk down the cuckoo line, I’ve been meaning to for ages and wish I had sooner - what a lovely atmosphere, a warm welcome and friendly locals - the vegetarian roast was amazing - one of the best I’ve had and there were loads of other options on the menu that tempted me, I will definitely be back

Yet another fantastic meal at the run tin tun Beef and red wine pie veg and chips soooooo delicious as always , never ever been disappointed with any of there food , great food great service and great atmosphere, what more do you want , and great value for money .

We went to an Open Mic night at The Runt in Tun on a Saturday evening. It's not a big pub and it was pretty packed. People were eating dinners and looked happy with their food. The music was varied and fun.
