Sanchos in Wealden

My purchase of a large chicken shish was almost as disappointing as the last series of Kill Eve. The chicken was rubbery in texture, akin to my dogs chicken squeaky toy, and you get more salad in a certain well known large burger provided by a scary smiley clown type humanoid. Definitely not worth the money in my opinion nor the effort of getting cash out because they don’t take card….#taxman

It was a random order out of my usual area. The best things about my chicken kebab order were chips and the half a slice of tomato in salad. Won't be coming back.

I ordered some food from sanchos today, for it to be delivered in good time. Found to be one donner meat and chips with cheese missing. Rang up sanchos for then to end the phone multiple times and call us liars and that a delivery driver would deliver the missing food. Half an hour later and our missing food was still missing. We rang again to be greeted on the phone by rudeness. They told us that we had to go into the shop for our missing food as their delivery wasn’t available. Went into the shop for them to be rude once again and call us liars for our food. Showing us our order on his phone which was correct but not understanding there was food missing. We watched as he made the missing food again for us. But I shouldn’t of had to drive all the way there when we paid for delivery. When we went home, checked the website and they had also lied about their delivery not being available as it said it was on the website. I thought sanchos was quiet inside, and now I am aware why! I would not order from these people. Very rude and missing food is always the customers fault apparently!

Spot on tonight. Food loverly. Got what was asked. Turned up Quickly. Foods great. 10/10 tonights order 10/4/22

Order was wrong. When phoned through, I was challenged and spoken to very rudely. We were regulars, (customers for nearing 3 years) but due to the way we were spoken to we will no longer order from here.

Got chicken kebab from here chicken was pink an have eaten some. thing could still lay an egg im pretty sure it would peck my hand off still . Other than that my previous vist was not great either I don't no why I came here again. Think your in the wrong job if you can't simply cook some chicken 🤔 loads of grease fat oil in the container. If your cooking skill is that bad makes me wonder how the cleaning of the place is . Let's see if I get the runs soon . Thanks ever so much real great experience. Thanks for the pet chicken 🐔.

Absolutely superbly cooked very very tasty.pizza delivery person very friendly..if you have not tried this takeaway then u have no idea what your missing.

Got delivered food off of Just eat. It came suspiciously early and with no doubt I understand why. My banoffee pie, which DOESNT include ice cream, was delivered FROZEN. not sure why or how, but poor cooking (if that’s what it’s called).When I called the restaurant to express my concerns, they said I should wait for 10/15 mins for it to defrost. If that wasn’t satisfactory then they would have me wait for them to pick it up instead.Absolute joke. No execution of cooking or customer service. Doesn’t even deserve the 1 star that I have to give

Ordered a pizza online and selected a set time that I wanted to collect it. I had a phone call 15 minutes before the time slot I had selected telling me that my food was ready to collect now. Which was inconvenient as I live 20 minutes away from the place. So I drive there to collect my warm pizza, park outside and a man is holding my pizza up at the window and banging on the window asking me if it's mine. So I go in the shop and im just handed this pizza box and get told to enjoy. When I open the box the pizza looks like the worst pizza I've ever seen, let alone eaten. Very well cooked! Over cooked! Base of the pizza so thick it was like eating just bread with tomato puree on top. Cheese was all burnt and not much cheese anyway and for a double pepperoni pizza there was sod all on top. I ate the pizza because I had paid for it. But most of it went in the bin. Never again am I ordering from this place!! Uckfield Sanchos are 100% better than this place.

I am a regular customer and have never had trouble from this place. I recommend this play compared to the other kebab shops. I saw a review about a bug and didn’t believe for a seconds. Surely the bug would of disintegrated from the deep fat fryer. Best kebab shop in town.
