Simply Seafood in Wealden

Yesterday they opened especially for my Dads 91st Birthday. We had a lovely time, great food, awesome service and we would highly recommend this restaurant

Staff (owner?) Friendly. Didn't order chips this time as last experience not so good. Ordered a can and a spring roll for my lunch (mobile worker). Coke was cold. Nice one. Unfortunately, so was the middle of my spring roll. Not visiting again. Gave them the benefit of the doubt once. Could of been a one off. However. Twice now! No more. No more.

Absolutely amazing! Mussels in garlic and cream sauce were fresh and divine, seabass perfecrly cooked and seasoned and monkfish& prawn skewers an unlikely conbination but totally winning dish. Will definitely visit and highly recommend

We had a party here last night. I can honestly say everything was perfect. The service perfect, the food excellent, the ambiance so comfortable.. I would recommend Simply Seafood to anyone and I would further challenge them to find fault because there was nothing we could fault at all. We had a superb meal in a beautiful room with very friendly staff. Nothing we wanted was a problem. It was a perfect evening. Thank you to Simply seafood for making our evening so wonderful. We will all be back very soon.

Our first visit and certainly not the last. Yummy food, great service by Lucy and a lovely conservatory to have dinner in on a summers eve! We look forward to our next visit!

The restaurant is converted from what it looks like a normal house! We were sat in the extended conservatory and was pretty good. The food was absolute great value and a very simplified 2 or 3 course with no a la carte choices. I had the surf and turf which was an extra £15 supplement but well worth it. Wife had the lemon sole which part of the 2 course deal was £18.75. Fantastic!

We sat in the conservatory. Staff were pleasant, meal was very nice. Would have got 5 stars but the menu was a bit limited.

We have eaten here on many occasions and have always had great meals. I would definately reccomend. There is always a non-fish options, last night we had a lovely steak for a change.

Tried this restaurant on 24/8/18 having had it recommended by a business collegue in HailshamWhat a wonderful surprise we sat at the back of the restaurant overlooking the tropical gardens a really relaxing environmentThe service was excellent and staff well trained who were able to advise on the menu options and the food was really excellent being in my opinion one of the best fish restaurants I have ever been in.The wine we chose complimented the fish beautifully and the dinner experience was excellent value we will certainly use Simply Seafood again Well done !!
