It's a Starbucks, get a grip there all the same shame there was no outside seating.

If you like Starbucks, then you'll like this place. I don't drink coffee, so judge all these places based upon how good their hot chocolate is. This was mediochre. It was clean. Toilets were clean as well. People were friendly, but I wouldn't rush back here

The smell of the fresh coffee the moment you enter. They do make a lovely coffee too, if you're a coffee drinker you can enjoy!

·

Lovely coffee shop plenty of room to relax. Friendly and helpful staff

·

Great little outlet. Not the greatest view in the world if you sit in, but the service in-store itself is great.

·

Good place for coffee. Out of all the big companies, Starbucks is the best

Covid Lazy and Complacent. Antibacterial Dispenser at entrance did not work. Handgel at condiments station had the pump action top broken. When I complained manager said I should tip it. It is a pump action dispenser so that is null.Staff and manager were casual and dismissive.I had just come back from having my Booster Jab at Crumbles Vaccination Centre at Eastbourne Sovereign Harbour.Excellent nursing and medical staff give their time and all. I have them a loud Thank You as I left the vaccination centre.I am a ex qualified nurse who worked in A&E, Crisis Team, ITU units Been with people dying of respiratory failure including children and young babies. I have been active in trying to combat the fake news, conspiracy theories and anti-masker, anti-vaxxers throughout this time.I and many said we would go back to rapid increase in infections and mutations by relaxing and removing barriers and restrictions. I and many said we would be back to lockdown and closed shops cafes and restaurants by Xmas and New Year.So sorry nobody took notice or took serious.I go back to a house of High Risk people who have not and cannot go out. When I went back and raised it with Magda the restaurant manager. She was dismissive and complacent. Showed the door dispenser worked by putting hand under and inlet. No notice How should people know. On pump action bottle showed grabbing hold of bottle and tipping it. So many hands touching bottle. And nobody would know to tip it.Taken to have “private chat” in toilet. Magda denied and dismissed. Said “Not Her Business “ if things don’t work it’s higher management and suppliers who send them.Pretence at condescension and empathy.Actually went to come into my space and grab my arm and pat at least 3 times. Unconsciously tried to make this in your space patting grabbing action several times. I blocked with my hand and arm every timeMore and more words of condescension and fake empathy. When I got frustrated and raised my voice Magda accused me of being abusive and aggressive. I am in tears because of all the people I have seen die and are dead.As disabled and due disability and racial prejudice to me and others I do not go out and not treated myself to coffee and snack since 18th Dec 2018. And swore I would never go to a restaurant or cafe again. And have not done so.This is my one treat I thought I would try when coming back from my booster. It will not be happening again.Myself and companions spent over £800pm on one cafe. Due to disability and racial hate we don’t do any more. How much do you lose every day?I do not respect or appreciate this.A serious complaint is going to Starbucks HQ.Nobody can afford to be Lax. Or maybe Starbucks is about the Coffee and Cash but not the Care

Great customer service and a wide range of choice. Clean and comfortable seating area and good parking. Enjoyable experience.

The service from the manager (Mike) and the barista's (Jessica especially) is spot on, having witnessed how busy they can get and dealing with staffing issues. They run a tight ship and serve an excellent cup of coffee, I wouldn't expect any less from a top notch coffee shop!

Nice place to eat and drink, reasonably priced, staff are friendly, located out of town but convenient when travelling
