The Apiary Coffee Shop and Garden in Wealden

Awesome shop with beautiful miniatures and puppets, as well as lovely fashion, homeward and decor items. I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the prices were. Definitely worth visiting. I will be back when I next visit Alfriston!

Delicious cake and lunch with friendly service. Great location right in the town with an excellent garden full of flowers out the back. Highly recommend for anyone visiting looking for a decent coffee.

Delicious food served in cosy surroundings with a lovely shop too. Wonderful in the warmer months when you can sit in the beautiful garden.

Really nice place to eat, I had the fresh butternut squash, carrot & ginger soup & warm cheese scone which was absolutely delicious & (I'm told) the homemade quiche & salad equally tasty. Excellent selection of teas & coffees too, would highly recommend. Staff were friendly, efficient & very nice. Definitely one to try !!!!

Had a lovely cream tea here on a really hot sunny day. The staff were Super helpful helping my brother in his wheelchair and the scones ante with beautifully presented. The garden was very pretty and well maintained and not too busy

We had a wonderful evening at the Supper Club evening on Valentine's Night. The two course meal was excellent, owners and staff very friendly, the service was great and the entertainment by the charming Mike Christie fantastic of course. Made some new friends and we'll certainly be back for another visit.

Final day of holiday treat! Have been in Alfriston many times since our daughter came to live in Eastbourne 20 years ago but this is the first visit to The Apiary & won't be last. What a beautiful garden to enjoy Afternoon Tea. Staff very welcoming & helpful, food nicely presented and very tasty. Thank you.

Popped in here today for a quick refreshment!! Sat in the garden which were absolutely stunning.. Vast menu of drinks to choose from and the service was great!! Highly recommended

Love this little place, so friendly and inviting. We took our puppy in today and they even gave her a little dish with some doggie biscuits 🐶! Will definitely go again.Val
