Our fave cafe in the area - excellent food, glorious countryside setting and lovely staff.

Lovely cafe and staff! Took my 97 year old dad today who enjoyed a wonderful scrambled egg on toast with a big pot of hot tea! Food is excellent, as are the cakes. Highly recommend

Beautiful cafe set in lovely countryside. Large carpark. Delicious cakes and breakfast. Friendly staff.

·

Really friendly and smashing cake! Like to visit regularly as grand daughter loves to run around and sometimes sees the deers over the fence. Dogs are allowed in the cafe which is nice.

Hidden away down a road, our first visit was fantastic. We hadn't booked so were lucky to get a table. Very popular and you can see why. Lovely venue and delicious breakfasts.

Found this lovely little gem when we were looking for somewhere to have breakfast. It's such a cute cafe and the breakfast was nicely done. Lovely tables inside as well as outside. Very peaceful and relaxing. We lingered for ages before dragging out feet to leave 🤣

I don’t like flapjacks usually, but this was great, chewy and not super soft (which is important!). Also free babyccino for little one :)And friendly service!

Whilst in Eridge for the first time ever, the hunger gods began their attack; an assault which I tried to withstand. Unfortunately, this was a battle I was not going to win. So as one would usually do when hunger strikes while in the unknown, I resorted to walking around the town centre to find something half decent... I did not succeed and so did the next best thing; browsing for the nearest hunger-healing centre. After a few underwhelming reads, my eyes stopped on some lovely images of food in an open field...fast forward (F1 race level) to my arrival at the cafe.It had a great off road location, with plenty of parking space. The small converted barn with views across the countryside.Ended up having a great brunch, accompanied by a nice pot of tea and finally finished off with some lovely cake. And let's not forget the random horse (and its rider) who turned up for a bit of brunch too. Overall a great visit

Cute little place off the beaten track en route to Eridge (still very much drivable though). There appears to be a few walking trails around with clear rights of way. Could be a good place to base oneself to/from various trails and a have a nice cup of tea waiting for you as a treat!!Its quite a quaint little place - with a around 10-15 places. There's even a wood stove for those cold days in the winter. It sells what are reportedly handmade and organic goods. There's a little kitchen from which they make simple dishes and mainly sandwiches. There are also teas and coffees with some cakes /scones. We had what was described as organic ice cream. Probably a nice brand but it was overly frosted and my son's one was distorted. It wasn't bad but a little too pricey for a lolly.Anyway not a bad little place and if in the area worth a visit.

Absolutely spectacular in every way. Right out of a picture or movie or poetic description.Scones, cream and jam; pies and tarts; tea and coffees; all baked fresh with kind and honestly warm family service. Pets welcome, with beautiful vista views as well.
