we have eaten here a few times now and have never been disappointed. Always a warm welcome and friendly service.Our grandson loves it here as the landlord always manages to find him an ice cream {which isn't on the menu}Icing on the cake is the views from the rear beer garden, fantastic

A nice friendly pub with a good atmosphere. We enjoyed a lovely meal here and the food and service was excellent. Will definately be visiting here again.

Friendly efficient staff, good food, great beer and a fantastic outlook across the downs.

Food was wonderful, service very good , very good selection of ales, wine and lagers. Menu was varied and interesting. Well done landlord!! Excellent value, very reasonable prices. I WILL be back!!

This is a lovely little pub tucked away at the back of Heathfield. It's a very cosy pub with a very English courtyard pub vibe. Their food is fantastic however the best part about it is the views of the south down from there garden, absolutely perfect on a warm day! Highly recommend!

Four of us went for Tapas about a week ago. Fabulous. One of us can not eat shell fish. There was plenty of options not including shell fish so plenty for all. Well presented and we all had a thoroughly lovely evening. Great atmosphere, landlord and staff. Very friendly.
