Quintessentially English pub on pretty village green. Beautifully presented throughout. Good range of beers on tap. We enjoyed vegan luncheon dishes and coffee. Friendly service. Lovely dog too. Highly recommend this gem of a pub.

Lovely country village pub. Car park, plus parking available on the road if it is busy. Lovely garden overlooking the village green. Friendly staff and a good selection of tasty, homecooked food available plus some very nice vegetarian dishes. Highly recommended.

If you want a friendly landlord, opening times which match those advertised and beer and cider which isn't stale, then I'd highly recommending visiting another pub.The basics over two visits where missing here. Take your hard earned cash elsewhere.(Hopefully, someday, the landlord will get out of the right side of bed. The locals, in a beautiful, friendly village deserve better).

Stopped off twice now. Lovely staff, very efficient. Superb food, very, very tasty. Highly recommend and, as Arnie says "I'll be back"! 😁

Outstanding food, plenty of outdoor sitting, brilliant service and amazing covid measures in place! This pub completely took us by surprise as we didn't really know the area well and just bumped into it. Absolute treasure run by a lovely couple who are both highly trained in health & safety from their previous careers. 10/10.

If you are in the sleepy village of rushlake green this is one of two options for food and drink. It does not disappoint. Friendly staff and excellent food. Would definitely recommend

Unbelievable menu and portion sizes. Tasty and less money than the nearby competition. New owners have made a huge difference. Now a free house. By the way. Very picturesque inside and out. Top quality service. Not a long wait for food. Best place to pub dine in the whole area
