Went for Saturday lunch, 10 dads and 12 eleven year old boys. The staff couldn't have been more warm or more helpful, the food and drink were lovely and the garden a delight. Thank you!

Great pub for good old pub grub and that welcoming feeling. Nothing fancy just a good old fashioned pub. Of which there are not many left these days!!!

A rustic pub in the delightful Sussex village of Isfield with a variety of locally brewed beers including gluten free from Gun brewery. Plenty of seating inside with a sheltered area outside and a garden for eating in or out. Situated next to the Lavender Line another feature worth a visit.

Always a go to for a quiet unhurried lunch. Good menu choice and reasonably priced. An excellent choice of beers and friendly and efficient staff. The log fire in the bar added to the ambience. A pub we have been to before and most definitely will again.

Excellent veggie Sunday roast. One of the few places open for a roast in the evening and a very nice nut roast too.

Our 6th visit for a Sunday lunch. As usual, great and friendly service. Quality and quantity of food excellent but only marred by the fact that the food was luke warm or it would have been a 5 star experience.

My friend and I came across this lovely pub a couple of weeks ago with our shepherds after getting lost on a walk.Jodie and her team where absolutely lovely very welcoming.Great traditional pub with good ale and proper pies.Lovely food, great service, definitely recommend
