Very pleasant stay, friendly staff, excellent Greek/Cyprus food!

Very pleasant traditional coaching inn, with a fabulous Greek menu. The food was delicious and the staff were great. The bar area had a nice 'ambience'. Car parking is superb and my room for the night had everything I needed. I would not hesitate to visit again.

I stayed here twice in quick succession and found it to be a great value clean and welcoming hotel with a proper pub downstairs rather than the usual apology of a hotel bar. Nothing was too much trouble and the food was delicious too. I believe they have recently had new owners and whatever they are doing is working for me.

Lovely bar with Pool table and good food. Staff were very friendly too and nothing was too much trouble.

Nice cosy rooms. Nice Friendly staff who make you feel very welcome.

We had a retirement event here where lots of people attended. The pub was very crowded and the demand on the bar staff was intense throughout the evening. The bar staff managed this well and remained professional and friendly at all times. The manager offered a lot of flexibility to us helping make the event exactly how we were hoping it would be. I would recommend this venue to anyone.

The guy at the reception had negative attitude, he threatened to forcefully remove my driver from his room just because he brought fries from outside.He told my driver "I DON'T LIKE YOUR TYPE". basically being racial. Never booking with them again.

Wonderful medieval inn experience with essential modern amenities and proper English breakfast.
