Hi I have been through the drive through today & ordered for me & my family, we sat in the car & was eating our food when I see a hair in my burger so I went into the restaurant & they tried saying I put it in there myself!! I think that is disgusting & disgusting customer service to be honest they also refused me my money back & the person was very very rude about it all. I will never be eating at this place again as the last time I went there they had no soft drinks & again they were very rude, the food is always cold also.I wouldn’t eat here as if u find anything in ur food they blame it on u putting it in there when I don’t have any black hairs on me as I am light haired!!

I done the drive in the lady that surved me was not very friendly the budget was cold and the drink tasted just like water with a tiny bit of flavour it was terrible I have not been to Burger King for a while and was looking forward to it I was very disappointed

Hi owner, I have been in contact and customer services offered me vouchers. Why would I want free rubbish food when I really wanted my money back. Thanks for reading my experience and take some ownership of poor quality.Other experiences are they close early and to be honest I don't think I have ever had a drink taste as it should.Don't bother go to another burger King that can. This Newbury store is useless. You can't order a double cheese burger in the store but you can order it via the app and pick it up!!!When I did get my food it was cold and the drink tasted of orange cherry cola. When asked would I like anything else when ordering I asked for chilli bites and they said that it doesn't come with the meal. I said I know it's additional. 5 minutes later the manager had to get involved. After another few minutes they understood I wanted a meal and a additional order of chilli bites.Customer services don't implement anything and being offered a free voucher to buy more terable food isn't a solution. It was so bad I wanted my money back like any other company will do but yours.Dodge this branch and customer services as nothing gets fixed and they don't understand.

Sadly very quiet for a Saturday evening other than mostly deliveroo drivers. Our food was lovely and fresh and warm. Staff were helpful and friendly too.

Very quiet when attended, the chips and burger ordered were hot and dealt with quickly in taking my order and serving the food. There is a lack of bins on the car park for rubbish but would visit again.

Absolute garbage. Worse than a roadside burger van or greasy spoon cafe. Cold burgers, stale roll it fell apart and didn't hold the burger. Crispy chicken burger was definitely not crispy as advertised, it was soggy. Asked for double whopper with cheese and got a whopper with 2 slices of cheese which i was charged 50p extra for. Always came to burger king rather than mcdonalds as the burgers were always better not anymore, definitely gone downhill, will not be coming back.

Rude staff, slow inaccurate order and rather a disappointing visit. After condescending to tell me that they don't do a hamburger with cheese for the kids meal, "it's either a cheeseburger or a hamburger " I ordered the former and after a long wait got a hamburger with no cheese. This was terraced, more delay, without an apology.Very poor experience.

Food was great. Unfortunately the drinks machine must be broken or something. I ordered a Sprite and an orange fanta. I have no idea what I got but not what I wanted. It was warm and Couldnt drink it.

Horrible. Will never be going back. So much mayo. Coke machine rubbish, had to pump the button. I child serving could not understand me. I used simple words for him. No wonder it's always empty.

As a general rule. I've found that when ordering a "Bacon Double Cheese Burger XL, with BBQ sauce", my go to face stuffer; you will almost always receive the larger sesame seed topped bun, containing two of the larger (Whopper style) beef patties, melted processed cheese squares above and below each patty, a couple of soft bacon streaks below the bun lid (most likely softened by the industrial heating blast the ensemble receives prior to serving), and finally the "have it your way, at BK" BBQ sauce especially requested is to be found right there upon the aforementioned bacon. I enjoy eating this creation as fast as I can, this leaves more of my remaining lifetime, before the end, free to pursue other activities. Ironically however, the consumption of this burger is very likely shortening the lifespan I am attempting to optimise. To offset this probability, I will occasionally ingest a "Double Whopper" instead. This option is known to contain at least two rings of raw white / green onion, a disc of beef tomato, and perhaps a leaf of heat wilted lettuce; therefore making this choice, the healthy option. I am not a scientist, I do, however, suggest these healthy additions would likely have superior life extending properties. As I say though "I am not a scientist", so I would advise you take my suggestion and the "Double Whopper" with a couple of hundred grams of salt. I hope you enjoy consuming the offerings at this and any Burger King, I fear that I'd you don't; that it would have a detrimental effect on your dining experience. I would be sad for you. I have provided two images for you perusal. One, is of what the BK top brass; very likely believe they are selling. The other, I think you'll agree is a more honest representation of their fayre; I'm assuming of course you can see that one, and it hasn't greasily slid off the bottom of your screen. I'd still chomp it down like a dog possessed by a horse though. What an amazing capacity we have, to put things out of our minds; for the purposes of doing that which we so obviously should not.Sleep tight, Gals & Guys & Everyone in between.
