Wow was really looking forward to it BAD mistake from the service, advice,helpfulness not a good start as for the pizza 😕 well where do I start poor poor poor as so overpriced !!!!! It makes McDonald's soggy cardboard burgers taste good Really it's a NO from me.

Food was awful and delivery service took over an hour. Nothing was done to correct this or apology made.

Travel up and down the country for work and had dominos in almost every county in UK - can honestly say this is the best dominos ever. Staff are great, food always been on time and still piping hot. Love the way you can tip ok card after the order too, as never carry cash these days it's much better, and it goes straight to the drivers. Cheers!!!

3 star's only and that's out of respect for the manager. Ordered on line for delivery and my order turns up 30 minutes later. It takes less than 5 minutes to drive to the shop. Once I receive my order it was all cold. You would expect to pick up a slice of pizza and have the cheese all hot and stringy. It had gone hard. So I had rejected the order and went to the shop to order again and even then they got the order wrong and the pizza comes out the same. On the up side they didnt charge me for that and I was given a voucher on my account. That's a good but it's a shame they can't get it right the 1st time round. Dominoes thatcham has been going down hill for a while. With staff jumping on to work tops and larking about. Too many mistakes dominoes!!!

When you finally get your order, pizzas are hot and the veggie options are becoming family favourites. But, this outlet is let down by occasional execution inaccuracies or pizzas discarded for failing quality control, with resulting delay in receiving your food. However, complaints are well dealt with.

The pizza quality was quite mediocre, the filling was quite poor and the bases were not great. We didn't get the sauce we had ordered. We ordered there and the pizzas were out within 15 minutes. The car park was pretty full with their own vehicles, so I was just lucky that someone was leaving exactly when I got there. They don't deliver to where I live but if I did, I would definitely get it delivered.

Very polite team on the phones...but once you step foot in the store it’s like an asylum with people everywhere, shouting loudly and seemed very disorganised. Nice clean store and pizza tasted good all the same, just need to work on the collection experience!

I would like to say thank you so much to our local pizza store in Thatcham Berkshire.The pizza's are amazing and delivery service is very prompt.The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have been very kind in allowing us to also park at their premises for a short while in the morning and afternoon for school pick ups. Most of us parking use home delivery service and fully appreciate their kindness. We have nowhere else to park and for this we are truly thankful.

Ordered a half and half. The wife is a vegetarian. One side is a veggie and the other is meant to be a chicken sweetcorn and pepper pizza. I couldn't work out what happened to this pizza or where the chicken was.The wings were OK but nearly all of the sauce was on the box. It had soaked into the cardboard and leaked a bit.I wouldn't order a half and half or wings from here. I had a better experience from the local pizza shop in Thatcham High Street
