Domino's Pizza in West Berkshire

I ordered pizza but I noticed the people who work there no one wear gloves make me feel uncomfortable and don’t want to order again.

Ordered a pizza Friday night for collection at 20:15.At 20:12 I noticed the tracker said it was ready for collection and so I parked in a taxi rank outside, expecting to be 30 seconds collecting it.They said it was still in the oven.At 20:30 it was ready. I went out to find a parking ticket on my car. Lesson learnt: don't use dominos again and if any of you do, don't believe their tracker. they mark it as ready early to keep their KPI's up.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with Dominos Newbury. The order arrived very late, I think we waited an hour, even though the tracking said it was on the way for a good 40 minutes. The cheeseburger pizza had very little cheese and no cheeseburger sauce.. not to mention it was almost cold. The side of chicken had a long white hair on it which really put us off. I filled out a complaint form on the 20th of November but still haven’t heard anything back. It is quite disappointing as I love Dominos Pizza, but probably will not order from this branch.

Very bad experience the manager Luke and the area manager are not helping the brand and not helping the store . Also staff laughing down the phone. I suggest this store is addressed by regional manager I will never use again and everyone in the Newbury area please use another company.Keep trying to sell pizza I hope you’re mother’s are proud how far you have gone in life

Closes at 2 bit some Indian man said they jas shut at 13:00. You could tell he could not be arsed to do his job and wanted to get home. Already cleaning the area with chemicals. Such a bad attitude. Won't be ordering again.

Constantly getting orders wrong and forgetting to put 1 of the 4 pizzas in the oven after speaking to the manageress no further forward or doesn't really seem bothered. Maybe time to try domino's Thatcham and see if they are better.

Using the app for collections has been pretty correct for timings with not much delays. Standard pizza fare which is always tasty and hot.

I ordered a Veggie Supreme with a BBQ base as I like the smokey flavour and when I got home to eat it was a veggie pizza with bacon and chicken... WTF?
