Cheers guys, told me they had some blinds in stock so I paid online and reserved them. Not only were the blinds not in stock, it took 3 days to get my money back! Keep it up guys…

Really lovely selection of items and good prices. Very helpful staff with a good product knowledge. They could have sold me the more expensive version but listened to my requirements and helped me make the correct decision.

I love Dunelm. Nice bright new shopping trolleys. There wallpaper is gorgeous and only £12 a roll. Nice and clean in the shop. Very friendly helpful staff.

Lots of homewares, good selection of items, and a coffee shop. Good to have a vbrowse around with the occasional bargain to be had.

This place is fantastic with good customer relations and cheap furniture items. Delivery is prompt.

Very helpful lady at the door. They didn't have the Xmas tree we chose so she went to the back, discovered a lorry was just unloading and had it on there. So we waited just a short while and she brought one out to us! Good old fashioned service, much appreciated😍

Dunelm such great value and something for everyone. I couldn't find glassware in the whole of Newbury for Christmas in Newbury as there was nothing, but Dunelm had exactly what I what I needed.I highly recommend Dunelm as they have what you want in most cases where all others fail

Have to waite 21 minutes by the check-out. Only 2 staff where you can pay. The rest off the staff was walking around and watching the long queue. 2 Ladies put the basket down and left.......Not good..sorry.
