The salad bar was magnificent and the original combo I ordered half chicken and half ribs were cooked to perfection. Service was a bit slow as we had an eight minutes wait at the door when there were plenty of seats available but the staff were very friendly and helpful

Nice Harvester, staff are always nice Nd friendly. I do miss being able to use the salad bar on my own, now that we have a "salad chef" to do it for us, but I understand the reprocessing of having a global pandemic. Parking is OK (although I don't like that there is only the same road to use for the I and out of the car park) however on a summers day great location as you can have a nice walk afterwards.

Our server Paris was amazing! Great customer service she should be named employee of the month.Would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for what really is a pointless system in regards to now having to be served at the salad bar. Can't be for covid as the staff serving you at the salad bar had no mask, no gloves nothing so I really don't see the point of it.

We had a lovely experience at the Mansion House. Our waitress Paris couldn't do enough for us, even went and made a desert for little one herself as it never came with the order. She went above and beyond, and was busy and helped with the salad cart, was shocked the staff had to serve it for you still. But brilliant service and would return 😁

I booked a table for 21 this evening to celebrate my sons birthday. Lovely meal, lovely food and excellent service from our waiter Reece. We needed the bill divided and lots of requests, all food and drinks came out at the same time and correctly. Really impressed! Huge thank you to Reece for looking after us.

We came for a meal this evening to celebrate a family members birthday. We were a pretty large booking of 22 people, including children. Our waiter Reese was absolutely amazing. It was a lot of people to manage by himself (especially considering he had other tables too). We also didn’t make life super easy with us all turning up at different times, standing up and swapping tables to socialise. But he did a great job and made sure we always had a drink and was quick to clear old cups and plates from the table. He did everything with a smile, nothing was too much to ask. A lovely guy and an asset to the company. The food was lovely and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the meal. But mostly wanted to give a shout out to Reese for the great service this evening. Thank you!

Staff were great, expecially the older man doing the salad bar. Very friendly. The main food was so over cooked and dry. I was so disappointed considering we paid £21 per meal.

Visited here last week with my 2 kids. Was blown away by the service, so helpful, welcoming and friendly. Food was amazing also, kids loved the 'build your own sundae'. Will be definitely going again. Thank you so much.

Came for my daughters birthday on NYD my son has ASD and can’t cope with food touching. The lady waitress was amazing with him, really listened and went out of her way to help with what he wanted
