Kingsland Cafe in West Berkshire

Friendly staff and lovely Milk shakes.

Maybe the staff don't smile that much, but they were friendly and polite, and I was at the café for the food and not the fake smiles. Really good place for someone with dietary needs - lots of variety, and we especially appreciated the jacket potatoes and gluten free bread. A lady with celiac was ordering whilst we were there, and they were clearly taking great effort to be careful to accommodate.

Not very friendly, a smile costs nothing. Food was mediocre at best. Don't waste your time

If you have a disability then DO NOT go to this cafe. Tried to take a friend over the weekend who is medically exempt from wearing a face mask, and was greeted with the rudest person I've ever met. They massively breach the Equality Act of 2010 (which can result in a £9k fine, by the way). Despite me politely informing her my friend was exempt, she said he should have something round his neck saying this so she doesn't have to ask. Can you imagine telling somebody they should have to wear something announcing their disability? This is something that you don't have to disclose, and telling somebody they must is breaking the law.She caused my friend to have an anxiety attack, meaning we left before we could get any food and had to go home. This place must review how it treats all guests. Their policies of barking at people at the door and making everybody feel unwelcome and sub-human have to change. They'll find that if they continue to operate this way they'll be fined for breaching the Equality Act of 2010.Maybe she should wear something around her neck to warn of sub-standard service?

Nice mega breakfast, but i confess the main reason i get coffees there is the well cute waitress, never spoken to her but she brightens my day when ever i visit

Rude service and very average breakfast. The lady behind the counter couldn’t crack a smile if she tried. A good example of a local business that isn’t worth supporting. Try another option on that strip of shops.

First time in 6 months that I've been back to kingsland cafe and I was impressed. Previously a generous 2 star cafe but the food and service has definitely gone up a notch or 2. The breakfast was delicious and good quality sausage and bacon. Will definitely return.

Often eat here with my Mum, Staff is very friendly, I love the burger and highly recommend the mega breakfast it’s delicious! Tasty food and good value!

Simple with a lovely service. I like this place they have a good breakfast and other things on for lunch. Nice tea with a smile. Great cafe.

Awesome place to go...... Look at the size of the salad..... Just for this lady lara brown that had this umpleasant comment below mine.... Is this the size of the salad that you were talking about that fills most of the plate???? ...... I mean really???? Well done kingsland cafe..... I m going to be a constant costumer for now on..... Well done
