McDonald's in West Berkshire

Been in there once which will be the last time. Order system went down and they were manually filling orders off receipts. Manager was just doing orders in the order of who shouted loudest rather than the actual numbers.

cant get a order right for the life of them order after order is missing multiple items haven’t had one complete order in a long time

Friendly staff and service quick especially when you only have an hour for lunch🍔

Security required on the door constantly to manage hostile and rude teenagers. Police were called out during our last visit there and we were just there to get mcflurrys on a Sunday night, it's ridiculous! I didn't see a single adult staff member on duty to manage or assist any of the junior staff. Food quality is poorly executed and inconsistent.

Not sure if the kitchen know how to assemble a big mac as it wasn't stacked by the time it got from the counter to a table of about 20 foot. Loads of staff on, but also loads of rubbish everywhere, bins full, trays stacked everywhere. Floors covered in rubbish and food as well, tables dirty. If I had seen that before ordering I'd have gone and got my hazmat suit !!

Waited over 15 mins for order seem to pay attention to delivery's more than people in actual shop lots of staff just stood talking 5 delivery orders came in after mine but they got done 1st trued delivery as well and they forgot some of the order I phoned and they said nothing to do with them to contact uber called them and they said be abuse I ordered through mcds app nothing to do with them so £15 down the drain as no one would take responsibility , complained and got a £5off when I spend £20 !!!

How hard can it possibly be for you guys to get an order right!!!! Every time we order something is missing, no straws, no sauces yet again and now we are missing one of the meals for the kids. Unbelievable!!

Wasnt keen on hearing some of the male staff discuss pleasuring themselves, which made their legs shake.You can only hope they were somewhere else at that moment.

Order through just eats occasionally for my kids. Everytime there are items missing including one time cheeseburgers turning up with no burgers in them. Call the restaurant and they just palm you off to just eats despite the fact the bags are packed and sealed by the restaurant. Everytime it ends up costing me more money for another delivery as just eats refuse to do it for free as its the restaurants fault and the restaurant refuse to help. The manager was very unhelpful and not interested at all. Her attitude was just call just eats and pay for it all again. Absolute shambles.

LOVE a Big Mac, I know this order is pretty strange for me it's the best, but.. I did ask but extra gherkins but they didn't give me any at all which was a big sad note.
