Pizza Hut in West Berkshire

Driver can't be bothered to go through a gate to get to my building. How are you a delivery driver when you can't even deliver? Should be sat at home being fed with a special spoon. How do they know to get up in the morning and breathe lmao.Also got spam called by the new management asking me to review, so here's your review

The website to make and track the order worked perfectly fine, was a bit annoyed that I got a deal leaflet through the post and found out I couldn't do one of the offers.The quality of the food really wasn't that great either, didn't get the side I had ordered as it had run out (would of been nice to be informed before it arrived and discovered that), one of the sides came really soggy and the hog roast pizza with a deep pan base was very soggy and greasy also, with most of the cheese sticking to the top of lid as a separator wasn't included.Honestly, the deal we used was good value but the quality of food we got was quite disappointing

Ordered a meal for one and some wedges on top. Got a medium pizza and nothing else. Somehow managed to turn my meal deal into just a pizza. Rang them got no help and really didn't seem to care. Will be sticking with Dominos from now. Only went with Hut as prefer the garlic bread and can get that at supermarket and only takes a few minutes. Which you can do. While you're waiting for delivery

I won´t order again. Long time ago they deliver pizza without the chicken wings I paid for, I called the place, no solution, money never came back and no chicken wings. After more than a year, I order today again. The pizza was too oily and very basic, no much flavour. I ordered tango and it came pepsi. I hate pepsi/coke. I told the girl that deliver and very rude she told me that they don´t have other fizzy drink, just pepsi. Unnaceptable on Friday night, unnaceptable the way she talked to me. No ordering any more, no more opportunities for you.

Absolutely shocking service. I ordered 2 pizza and 2 sides with a drink. They manage to get 4 out of 5 items wrong. I have been in contact and was refused refund.

Order took over an hour. Was soggy and limp. Lady on the phone was polite and gave a free bottle of drink when I complained about the order running late. only reason I didn’t give 1 star

Website is basic and easy to use, pick up was hassel free in there takeaway only shop... The pizza itself was ok wouldn't say great as the bread base was fairly hard compared to some of the other big pizza take away brands, happy I only paid £8.99 or I would of been rather upset at full price

Very bad customer service by the manager Emily . I ordered from deliveroo today feast for one , chicken supreme, chicken strips, garlic dip and a Pepsi max 500ml for the price of 15.48 and I received a small pepperoni pizza with nothing else. I called the store and spoke to Emily and she couldn't help me and said there was nothing she can do once the order has left her store. They basically packed the wrong order and did not check it against the receipt. She so confidently said she cannot do anything and did not even apologize. She told me I have to deal with deliveroo. After I spoke to deliveroo I was told that I would get me order back in 15 min but the order was delayed by another 30 min and again received a pizza and nothing of the rest that I ordered.Pizza hut basically should know that there are genuine customers who just want their food that they order and not want anything they desire to send.

Until my last order everything went well with Pizza hut but my last order was a disaster with,1. One hour and 30 mins to deliver. Had to call them twice. Kids were tired and hungry2. Out of 4, 2 pizzas were delivered burnt3. One of the sides (Garlic Bread) was not delivered at allAvoid during match days and events as it lacks quality.

Waited nearly 2 hours for cold pizzas, which had the wrong base, wrong size, wrong toppings and a side of cheesy garlic bread which was in fact a cookie?! The manager needs customer service training and delivery driver didn't adhere to government guidelines regarding contactless delivery. Appalling.
