Starbucks in West Berkshire

Staff not the friendliest and considering the cost of the drinks our refreshers were missing the fruit, so basically squash

Very slow service, 15 mins to get a one drink when at the front of the queue. 3 staff working behind the counter taking amongst themselves and a friend, ignoring the growing queue. Wouldn’t come when in a rush.

Really hit and miss Starbucks. Sometimes the coffee is bitter, sometimes it's nice. Sometimes they forget certain things from your order, sometimes they don't. It's almost not worth the hassle. I knocked over my frappuccino accidentally today and proceeded to clear it up. The staff said don't worry about clearing it up, however no effort was made to perhaps make me another one? I then just left feeling embarrassed and out of pocket

Have ordered Starbucks via Deliveroo 6 times in the last month for lunch and every single time there have been items missing or wrong items. Usually sandwiches missing (not even large orders 2 coffees 2 sandwiches) when you get it wrong this consistently there’s clearly an issue.

It's Starbucks. Coffee was good, service was acceptable, but the table I sat at was not clean and felt like it had been cleaned with a dirty cloth. I used the toilet and that was also only worth 3 stars.

While this starbucks is great and has a lot it does right, the issue my partner and I have (and what makes us go the 50m over the carpark to costa most of the time) is that the staff are not particularly friendly and will only do the minimum to get your order and move you along. Ontop of that, we went in while quiet today; There was no queue and only three tables occupied and yet they still had leftover rubbish and dishes on all but a few tables. One table in the window had it piled high as people had to move the last customers rubbish to sit anywhere, including us.I think this starbucks only suffers due to the lack of drive and proactive effort from the staff. Which is thankfully something that can be worked on to bring it to a much better place in my opinion.TLDR; Great in a lot of aspects, really bad in the main customer service side unfortunately.

Nice friendly helpfull staff. Quickly got our drinks.

Still won't accept cash yet will handle all else without gloves and with masks around their chin and as throat warmers .Half the food never available. Fridge usually out of commission..Always disappointing.

wast of time and money got a hot chocolate.but has no taste and looks like tea.Never going back there

Amazing coffee! Had to drink before taking a picture! Staff are always very friendly and coffee is always hot! They always get the orders right! There's plenty of seating so if you want to sit and work or just need some piece with a nice coffee then thus is the perfect place for you!
