Was wolf whistled at as I walked out. A disgusting display by some immature male employees. Can't believe this is still happening

The food was okay but the food was meant to arrive between 8:30-8:50 ordered through Just Eat. We called Tandoori at 9:01 and the person who answered didn't seem to want to help. The driver then took the phone and said that she had knocked on our door with no answer. We explained that we have a huge buzzer with the door number on and a speaker next to our front door as we live in a maisonette. Were upstairs so we can't hear people knocking on the door. She first said that she thought the buzzer was a key holder. We've never had an issue with someone not pressing the buzzer for a delivery before and we've been here for over two years. We asked to make sure the food was still hot due to the delay and she said "well you want your food now don't you?" In an impatient way and she hung up on us before we could respond. We called back straight away but she had gone. We explained to the man that answered the phone that their driver just purposely hung up on us and he didn't seem to care. When she arrived we asked why she hung up on us and she started swearing at us and changed her story and said that she used the buzzer before driving off with her music blaring. Very unhappy with the service and Tandoori couldn't care less about their unprofessional drivers. Lady was in her 50's. If the driver had come back with a polite attitude we wouldn't have taken this any further. 28th October delivery for Beancroft.

Collection only review, had Moris masala, Sagorana, zalon zulon balti and Ceylon each dish had its unique taste, full of flavour, spice and heat, being a Leicester lad, where I am spoiled for choice I was extremely impressed with Thatcham Tandoori, highly recommended.

Ordered a meal for delivery and was advised 1hr 10mins and it was 20 mins late though was at peak time during the week. The food arrived and was cooked really well with good portions and flavours. The only negative was the naan bread we ordered was tasteless in comparison to others we have had.In all a good meal, could be faster with the delivery but that’s a minor thing. I just need to order earlier next time.

We ordered on a Saturday night for home delivery (during lockdown). We pre-ordered three hours ahead via the JustEat app with a scheduled delivery time of 7pm. 7.30pm came and nothing. Just Eat app showed the restaurant confirming a 7.10pm delivery. Phoned the restaurant and got hold of a somewhat hassled, rude and unapologetic man. He said they were busy and the curry would be with us in another 20 minutes. 8.10pm the curry arrived. Over an hour late. The curry was OK but not exceptional. The customer service was pretty diabolical.

Cold food, no flavour, chicken did not smell great and another late delivery. This is the second time we have had bad food from here, thought we would give it another go but turns out that this was by far the worst takeaway Indian we have ever had. Just awful, we would phone up for a refund but they are very rude and shout at you for giving them feedback.

I had shish kebab to start, chicken shashlik, saag bagi, chapati and everything was superb. I did say it was my first time. It is quite expencive but worth it. And 3 mint sauces. The free naan was actually nice and thin and everything so fresh, highly recommend

I ordered a starter and main course for delivery. The good arrived 20 minutes later than the delivery time estimated that in itself would have been ok if the food had been hot.Not an eaterie I will be using again.

I'm quite cross. I LIVE for Okra. British people rarely eat it, or sell it. So, for more than half my life I've lived in the UK and haven't had enough Okra. But then I find Thatcham Tandoori selling "Bhindi Bhaji" not a mile away. Every curry I've ever has has been a waste of time. Curried Okra is all I need from now on.

i wont lie and say the food was bad because it wasn't. but after a nearly 2 hour wait admittedly i was told approx 1 hour 45 minutes so approx 10.15 pm (to be fair it is only a 6 minute drive away) when i phoned to ask roughly what time it will be here as id rather have it tonight not breakfast i was bluntly told to question the driver? but i didn't get chance to question the taxi driver as he quickly put the order down and hurried away, i can only assume to perhaps take the staff home lol. i only hope that whenever and whoever orders from here that you please state to them it is for an adult so please do not send child portions pics attached at top of page ( well they were in bed at this time.Good luck and enjoy as i said it does taste good!!
