"The Blackbird is a small restaurant awarded one Michelin Star, situated in the beautiful hamlet of Bagnor in west Berkshire. The Blackbird was built in the 1950s to replace a previous thatched pub that burned down, although the building has been an inn since the 17th century. Chef/Owner Dom Robinson took the Blackbird over in 2017 and has been awarded a Michelin Star in 2018. The menu is classically French based but also draws on other international cuisines and makes use of the best of local produce and also ingredients from further afield."
