Best takeaway in Newbury bar none, food is consistently delicious and as a vegetarian I'm always well looked after. Superb food and service.

Absolutely rude staff. I ordered food a few weeks ago and it took 2 hours till delivery. The food was cold and and no apology. This Indian takeaway thinks they're food is special as a Asian person myself and knowing the food, it is ridiculously over priced. I've made a order today called back hour and 15mins to be told he's still waiting for his driver and that my food ain't left 🤣. This takeaway expects me.to wait 2hours for my food. And when I told him to cancel my order I'm not waiting 2hours for a delivery the owner kicked a hissy fit and told me not to order from them again. The best advise you gave you you absolute daylight robbers with your over priced food. TAJ OF INDIA IS SO MUCH BETTER AND MUCH BETTER PRICED.

This is by far the best Indian restaurant in Newbury. The food taste phenomenal and service is second to none. If your yet to try this place then enjoy and make sure to save the number as you won’t need another curry house. Absolutely fantastic!

The food is amazing and the delivery driver was prompt and friendly. Very happy with the service!

Ordered 2 meals 2 and half hours ago, one of those meals being a tandoori mixed grill which comes with salad, being carb free we ordered and paid for extra salad to bulk meal out, 1and half hours after order meal arrives with no salad. We rang and explained this is missing and we’re told they won’t send a driver out with salad as this is not worth his while and they are too busy! Well you have lost a customer here and let’s hope in the future your not to busy to serve your customers who have paid for their meal as you have lost this one!

Getting my favourite order from The Curry House is a tradition, now. It's consistently delicious and I'm always greeted with a smile and prompt service. Couldn't ask for better!

No flavour at all, A Tesco microwaveable meal tastes a hell of a lot better than this and value for money!Honestly this is not the best Indian in Newbury go else where.

Been twice now and the Curry House has been excellent both times. Small family run business. Very good starters with salas and condiments and very tasty main courses, big portions. I would say its the best Indian takeaway in Newbury.

Waited 1 hour 45 minutes for food to arrive - the app is very good but doesn't appear to offer pick up as an option. When food did arrive one dish was missing so another promise of 5-7 minutes became 20 minutes taking it to two hours waiting. The food is very good but waiting times like this would put me off using The Curry House again

The best take away curry ever. They are very friendly and every customer feels valued. Lucky Newbury.
