The best Indian takeaway in the country! Drinks are decently priced, friendly staff and large portion sizes.

The positives were the staff were nice and friendly and food was served quickly.The food however was one of the worst Indian meals I've had. It was absolutely flavourless and very watery sauce, the chicken was very dry and over cooked and the curry was just very weak and flavourless and more like a casserole than a curry.My partner had a dish with a fair bit of heat to it which was good but there was very little flavour to it beyond just heat yet again.The rice was fine but nothing to shout home about, very small naan bread and smothered in ghee rather than cooked in it so had an unpleasant texture.I wouldn't go back, it just felt very much like a standard English pub decided to chuck an Indian resturaunt on the side rather than having property authentic food.

Charming and very friendly country pub. Buddy, the landlord, serves Indian cuisine in a restaurant on one side of the pub and contemporary English cuisine on the other. The central bar area remains as a pub and the regulars provide a warm welcome. Cosy in winter when the log burner is on.Occasionally they host music evenings including some rather good Elvis acts. Would highly recommend a visit.

The manager is fantastic and very accommodating. All the staff are polite and the food arrived promptly. The menu has plenty of options to choose from and the quality of food is excellent. Would recommend to anyone.

Really happy with everything we ordered for our meal.A really good selection of starters, mains and sides. Take your time reading through the menu and find a good range of foods to suit everyone.Busy for eat in and Take away which is always a good sign! 👍

From what seems like a lovely greenking country pub from the outside and inside I was shocked to discover once I opened the menu its a Indian cuisine, slightly confusing but no bother as I absolutely love Indian food. When the food arrived it looked good, tasted of nothing absolutely bland, could only eat half, it realy wasn't nice, staff were quite rude, food is realy overpriced and when we got the bill and asked for the 25% off which the huge sign said on the outside of building, they told us it was last months promotion, even though we're well into the next month, avoid at all costs, horrible food, overpriced food, overpriced beer

This is my go-to place for a decent curry. Staff are always welcoming and friendly. Food is really good.

Nice pub with Indian restaurant attached. Welcoming landlord not phased by accommodating large group. Plenty of outside seating. Reasonable choice of drinks including hand drawn ale. We didn't eat here but we'll be back!
