Was the best fish and chips I'd had in years, but last couple of times have been very average...fish overcooked (even a cook to order haddock)Best to get there as close to opening time as possible I'd reckon

Chips could be better and portion size too especially for the price. No vegan options or any allergen advice printed. Needs updating. Staff are always friendly and helpful

Undercooked batter,slow service,tasteless cod,don't get orders right and miserable staff..just about sums the place up..

Known this chippy for years it's still probably one of the best chippies in the area lovely cod and chips but I have to mention the battered sausage takes me back to my childhood champion 🏆

Friendly accommodating staff who didn't mind the questions about food allergies. Chicken nuggets dairy and soya free. Such a relief to find a chippy who was able to do this.Never find chips that are soggy, always just right. Does a good steady trade.

Been coming here for a few years, usually okay. Fairly pricey for the portion size, fish is usually well cooked but batter can be thick and greasy. Also, when I went there at lunch time the chips seemed like they were yesterday’s chips because they were papery, dry throat scratchers. A shame really, might give them another chance. Will update review if so.

Order and collect system works really well. My first meal from here was divine. This time was good although batter not as crispy. I think it might be to do with the business, might try a quieter time next time around. Chips amazing!

Nice little place. Was open new years day. Lovely battered sausage and chips was tempted with the fried chicken. Def worth popping in and treating yourself.#food #fishandchips
