Dreadful. Food was genuinely unpleasant. I don’t mean not very good or not nice, it was actually revolting.

Ok first impression looks like an old massage parlour from outsideOwner please pay more attention to presentation spend 2 grand replace that old door get rid of those old news papers in the corner provide nice chairs and do up the counter make it all more presentable.Your sitting on a gold mine and it’s all about standing out from the crowd. The food was really fabulous I had roast pork Szentendre style chicken balls which were enormous I and boiled rice and it was all hot and really bloody nice .Speculate to accumulateSee ya soon hopefully you will improve the shop it self as the food is great

Portion size was huge. Taste was great, and sweet and sour chicken balls were massive and all tasted so good. It was still very hot on arrival as well. Will definitely use them again.

Sweet and sour chicken tasted of dirty oil and chips.. crispy duck pancakes.. lacked crispy and flavour.. over cooked rice..

Changed name to 'Taste Of China'. Terrible food. One of the worst Chinese takeaway we have ever tried. As nice as the people running it are the food does not cut it. Satay Skewers were disgusting chewy chicken drenched in a gloopy horrible peanut sauce (if you can call it that), looked like the sauce had gone off. Peking dumplings terrible. Sweet and sour chicken (chewy chicken). Waste of my money and time. Try not to waste yours now.... Oh and they only take cash, no cards whatsoever even though the menu only mention no credit card payments they don't take debit cards.

This is the best Chinese I have ever ordered - honestly. I had the king prawn chow mein and also special fried rice. It tasted delicious,Perfect as always. Special care taken for sesame allergy, which is hard to find amongst Chinese takeaway. Thank you so much!πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

Worst Chinese I've had. Horrible and wonder if it actually passes any food safety standards!! And the price is not worth it as quality is terrible - Β£4.50 for pork dumplings that are literally from the Chinese wholesale and cooked straight from frozen!!!! It takes a lot to out me off a place and my stomach can handle most things but this place managed to do it!!!! Much better places around at same price.

The Oriental bar is a fantastic takeaway, I am a regular customer and I'm always impressed at the quality of the food, everything is reasonably priced and the staff are very friendly... I definitely recommend it.

AVOID!I'm not one to usually write reviews, but I was so disgusted by the food I felt I had to raise awareness. I had a set menu with a portion of chips that came to Β£20. Such a waste of money and shocking that a place can serve such a poor standard of food.Ordered orange duck, I was given pineapple duck. This really isn't the issue, more to the point that the actual duck looked like road kill and in all fairness probably tasted worse than road kill. The skin wasn't cooked for long enough, yet the meat, (very little of it) was obliterated and found I was chewing on a mouthful of fat. The spring rolls must have been deep fried at least 5 times as they were rock hard. The chips tasted of old, unchanged oil. Satay chicken skewers was served with pineapple- odd!I could not eat this food, and urge everyone to try elsewhere no matter how hungry you are!
