We organised a mums night out at The Queens Arms and from start to finish it was brilliant. There were 20+ of us so we were given the whole of the ā€˜Garden Room’ exclusively. We had a set menu options to choose from which was very reasonably priced for the level of food that we were presented with. The food was A*****!!! Beautifully well presented and delicious. Will definitely be going back and taking my family with me!

Lovely, friendly little hotel. Dogs made very welcome. It could have done with more information about menus, breakfast times and local dog walks in the rooms. Very clean room. Restaurant had good food but a bit pricey.

The Queens is a lovely pub with a fantastic atmosphere. The staff are always lovely and attentive and the pints are always top notch. Since moving back home, it's become my favourite eatery with lovely food.Would seriously recommend to those visiting and wanting a drink or food.

My wife and I had discussed visiting the Queen's Arms for quite some time but always ended up trying somewhere different. Thankfully we've now visited and were thoroughly impressed. Excellent service from the moment we stepped through the door with everyone being relaxed and attentive. We visited for the Sunday dinner but were happy to see the main menu still on offer. The food did not disappoint lots of strong flavours the only critique my wife had was the gravy was underwhelming but I can vouch that the smoked chicken burger was exceptional. Will definitely visit again

Comfy rooms, tasty food, lovely garden and inside space. They have a really good selection of alcohol free gins!Lovely walks in the local area. Breakfast is delicious.I stayed in a Stables room, these are outside the main building and the one closest to the building gets kitchen noise in the early morning, I was up early so not a problem but maybe choose another room if you want to sleep in!.

Stunning food. Best meal we have had for a while. Child and dog friendly. Good value and great service

Disappointing. We’ve been here multiple times and always enjoyed great food and atmosphere. However, in January we booked a table for Sunday lunch in March for a special birthday and requested a table in the garden room. We received an email confirmation stating they would ensure our table would be in the garden room. When we arrived on the Sunday in March our table was in the bar underneath the TV showing the Grand Prix. We questioned this and were told that tables can’t be guaranteed so it was either this or nothing. We then had four Sunday roasts with undercooked parsnips and carrots and beef that was chewy and almost impossible to cut with blunt cutlery. We paid the full bill including service charge as we didn’t want to spoil a special day for the family. I did email the Queens Arms but have yet to receive a reply. Very disappointing Performance Queens Arms.

We stayed here a few months’ ago in the lovely Wishing Well room as our friends were getting married nearby. Beautiful room, spotlessly clean, the comfiest bed and a stunning bathroom with amazing bath! Dinner and breakfast were top notch. We enjoyed our stay here so much, we returned for lunch with our friends last week (we live an hour away in the north Cotswolds). The food is five star gastro pub quality. The staff are extremely friendly too and made us feel very welcome with a baby and a toddler in tow! We hope to make it a regular haunt!

We stayed for one night, meeting family for dinner at the Queens Arms too. Service was excellent and friendly. The room was very comfortable and the food (dinner and the breakfast) was superb. We plan to come back soon!

We have enjoyed another delicious meal at this restaurant. We have visited a number of times, including Sunday lunch, and the food and the service is always excellent. A well deserved five stars.
