We're always delighted at Sushi Maki with the choice and quality of the food, friendly service and the restaurant itself is sweet, even better now in the larger premises. I often ask the restaurant to help me choose, and they always seem happy to help, sometimes even creating something just for me, without charging extra. That said, the menus are clear, with plenty of choices with pictures so you don't have to think too hard to understand them. Still our favourite place for a treat.. Thank you chef and team.

Good great, shame about the atmosphere. The food is lovely, albeit pricey but I don’t mind spending a little extra. However staff weren’t particularly friendly or forthcoming.

Sushi is amazing. Authentic. Recommend snow crab futomaki! Everything about the restaurant is world class

Nice food, but a little underwhelming for the price. They do have vegan options noted on the menus and it is easy to see what you can and can't eat with that diet, which is good. It is also great that they have an outdoors seating area where you can eat.

Amazing and delicious!!!Great presentation. Super flavorful. Fresh fish. Lovely cozy atmosphere with friendly and attentive staff.I really enjoyed sitting by the “bar” watching the sushiman prepare the dishes. Not the cheapest place, but worth every pence of it!I will definitely be coming more often!Great job!

A lovely, quaint sushi restaurant. I am used to going to one of the larger sushi chains but this was a lively visit where staff were more than happy to help/answer questions and the food was delicious. The edamame was lovely and warm rather than cold from going round a belt a few times and I loved the authentic looking teapot and cup for the green tea and the pourer for the soy sauce.

Possibly the best sushi I have ever had. Excellent small, very clean little place. Friendly staff and very, very good food.I highly recommend this. My picture does not do the mixed sushi of the day justice. The jasmine tea was in a lovely cast iron little tea pot and the menu made it very hard to choose what I wanted as it all looked good (hence the mixed choice)
