Had a delicious meal here tonight ! Food was cooked perfectly and the staff were lovely and attentive . Will definitely go back , best curry we've had in a long time .

We love having a family get-together at the Spice Lounge on a Sunday. Sunday is Buffet Evening - which means we can all meet up and everyone gets to choose something they like without breaking the bank! If you just want to eat starters for the whole meal - why not!!The staff are attentive and polite and the food is of a great quality, always kept topped up and hot.Looking forward to the next visit.

Sunday 27/2 I was looking forward to a nice chicken meal. I ordered two chicken Biryani meals. I stated that one meal should have no chilli or pepper in like the last order. Having collected the meals and arriving home, I noticed that no side vegetables sauce was in the bag. I immediately phoned the resturant and explained that a Biryani meal is always accompanied with a sauce. The sauce was eventually delivered, the rice tray only had a handful of dried chewy chicken, not happy at all, I been eating Indian meals for over 20 years now.

Food was fine. Fairly standard menu and quality but did have some decent specials.

Delivery 1 hour late, when I called told me 5 mins away, naan, chapatis, onion bhaji all stone cold, rest of food warm at best. Called to complain and told them I would keep food and microwave it but I wasn't happy with service, managersaid he would call me back to resolve issue and never did. I sent email, still no response!!! I can't complain about the food it's alway ls nice, but passed 3 or four times, delivery is late (and I don't mean 5 mins) or something is missing from order.... Sort the service out.... Tell the truth on delivery times, don't say 40 mins and take 1hour 50mins..... I'll go to Tadley Tandoori next time just becuase of the service and lies...

I’m not a huge Indian fan, but my husband loves it! The staff here are, without doubt, some of the best I’ve ever come across! I like a korma but with a little added spice, they ensure that it’s prepared exactly as I request. Such friendly and welcoming people with food that is perfectly prepared, hot and tastes just as it should! Can not recommend highly enough.

Went to the Wednesday night special any starter any main any vegetable dish any nan or rice £13.95 but got charged £42 for two of us with one soft drink each at £3. So we were overcharged.I will not be visiting this place again as I feel ripped off I left a tip of the change of £50 because obviously they are just after money not a repeat customer.Poor show.

Have used this Indian a few times and enjoyed the food.Last time we order as food turned up late, cold and driver tried to keep the £8 change. When we explained that food was cold we were told by driver "not my problem I've finished my shift now and I don't work in the kitchen"To then ring up and explain that food was cold to be told we are lying and he dosent care as he won't be doing anything about it anyway.Terrible customer service, will not be ordering again.Would give zero star if it was a option.

Avoid! Unless you're not bothered about hygiene. We were served popadoms and sauce on dirty plates that had clearly been passed about the restaurant and used all night. We said we weren't interested and explained why for the waiters to then chat and giggle in the background. As we were mocked from afar we decided to leave, and even though we explained our reasoning, they still charged for the drinks I had ordered and never drank.Honestly gutted as this place was once nice. Now that its changed management they've clearly gone down hill! If a restaurant cant be bothered with basic food hygiene in view of the customer, it just makes me wonder what they cant be bothered with in the kitchen.We opted for a curry from the co-op in the end. Fifth of the price, and was as you would expect for a ready meal. But I'm happy knowing what I've eaten isn't unhygienic.
