Thtcham Kebab in West Berkshire

Ordered a small donor kebab for my partner and all he could taste was salt have ordered alot from them never had an issue. So called them to explain that all you can taste is salt.To be told they have sold many today and they had no complaints and then hang up the phone on us.So rude and not professional at allWill not order ever again and warn others not too

Small kebab burnt and strong taste of salt , partner tried and was disgusted so called to speak to a guy who laughed down phone at her then hung up and now not answering.steer clear.

Very disappointed order chicken shish kebab and chips, the kebab bread was cold and the chips had a tiny bit of garlic sauce.

After ordering on just eat I phoned to amend the order after 4 mins of being placed,I was told the order had left the building!So I was impressed quick speed and service...to be waiting 50 mins later multiple calls and the just eat driver telling me he just picked it up, even though the restaurant had told me for 50 mins...he's on his way...just a few drops and he will be with you...pretty sure EHO would love to see u!Or the driver was on time and you chatting pur rubbish...all part of a process .

Very disappointed in tonight’s order from thatcham kebab! I have used this company for many years now and tonight has really let me down. I ordered a bit off my usual including a large box of cooked doner meat but let’s be fair it’s hardly cooked it looks like it’s been a bit shy off the grill and hasn’t been crisped up at all which has left it soggy and rubbery like chewing on a sandal. Will be waiting to order again until I see better reviews.

They were very busy at the time I was in there, so understand the wait. However the food was not worth the wait, maybe chose the wrong thing, but won't visit again.

This place is class, prices for food is good for what you get and the perfect drunk food. The guy who deliverer My food was really fit as well.

Avoid. Their food was dry and awful. I complained about the mould on my burger bun, Management were going to call me back. No phone call. Guess it's a great place for a quick fix after a few pints. But not the best in Thatcham.

I really wish I had read reviews before ordering! This is a large donner meat and chips by the way, £8.00p! The meat has been cooked on the grill and is burnt! I rang the shop and all they said was this is large and put the phone down! Never again will I order here and I will tell other people not to order aswell 🤬🤬

The owner has sadly lost my business as he told me off whilst making a £60 order. It was my child's birthday get together. I greeted a guest saying hello and quickly explained that I was ordering food . The told me off saying "Do not say hello to people whilst you are making an order with me. Keep your mind on what you are doing."I used to make quite regular orders as I thought it better to go local than pizza hut etc. I will never make another order after that.Also they don't even give a free drink or snack with orders over £30 or £40. Customers are NOT valued only as cash cows.The food is average never enough salad on the kebabs often coldish and way too much cheese on pizzas so they are full of Grease.
